Rent the best private dog parks hosted by locals in Sunrise, Florida

Our backyard is nestled in a small, quiet, and dog friendly neighborhood. I will provide courtesy towels, bowl of water for the pups, sun screen, and a citronella candle. You are more than welcome to adjust the umbrella and outdoor seating so that you stay under the shade. In the event some of these items are not provided it's due to my husband and I most likely not being home and not having enough time to set up. I do apologize in advanced but I do hope you also provide your own amenities just in case. :) PARKING - In picture 2 is where you will park where the red rectangle is. Directly in front of the house, tires flush against the grass but not on the grass. Please use the gate on the left side if you are facing the house. The Sniffspot sign will be posted. POOL - Our pool is chlorinated and maintained weekly. The shallow end is 3 ft and the deep end is 7 ft. It is not heated. There is a hose near the patio for you to bathe your pup after the pool if you wish. Please provide your own shampoo. Guests are more than welcome to enjoy the pool as well! :) THURSDAYS - Our pool maintenance man comes on Thursdays between the hours of 10am-12pm so please do not book during this window. FLORIDA HEAT - Please be mindful of the temperature. Read this article from the AKC to familiarize yourself with a heat stroke in dogs and what to look for. https://www.akc.org/expert-advice/health/heatstroke-in-dogs/ BLUE TOOTH SPEAKERS - We offer our guests access to our "Tahiti Bluetooth tiki torch" speakers so you can play music while your enjoying your playtime with your pup! Instructions on how to connect are sent via welcome text 2 hours before you arrive. NIGHT - Bookings are open to take at night. It's dimly lit and no lighting on either side of the house so please take that into consideration. I suggest you bring your own flashlight or portable camping lantern. TRAINERS AND DOG WALKERS - My space is available to you as well! TRANSPERANCEY - For safety reasons there will be a camera facing the backyard so yes you will be recorded. :) NO DIGGING - Please do not allow your dogs to dig in the dirt area that boarders the pool or the yard. We are in process of patching up the dirt area. EMERGENCY - In case of an emergency and someone is home please do not hesitate to knock on the door! Help is not guaranteed but we will try to assist in anyway within legal limitations. Coral Springs Emergency Animal Hospital is also the closest clinic.

Fully fenced in yard with a pool. Your pups will have lots of space to run and play during their time with us.

Our pups love this space, and we would love to share it with yours! It’s a great area to sniff, do some zoomies, fetch, and sunbathe. Fully fenced in yard with gazebo area to provide shade and for humans to use too. Fans and lighting installed in gazebo. Yard can be fully lit at night. Turn on the fans, kick back, and relax while your dog enjoys the yard. Bug spray, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, poop bags, treats, cooling towels, wipes, and water dish available. Agility equipment, scent work odor/hides, decoy dog, frozen kongs, toys, shredding toys, and bath supplies available upon request via the “Extras.” 4 foot chain link fence in some areas and 6 foot fence in others. We are in a residential area and while it is not often, you may see/hear a neighbor or neighbors visiting dog on other side of fence. Please message me prior to booking if any questions about this. Our dogs will be inside during your visit. May hear the occasional bark but they will be out of sight. We are total dog people and have fostered dogs for years. We understand the needs of reactive dogs and dogs with physical limitations. If your dog has any unique needs, please let us know. If you recently adopted your dog or are bringing your foster dog, please let me know! With proof of adoption or fostering, we will give you 50% off your first visit as thank you for helping a dog in need. We also accept donations for Broward County Animal Care at this spot and I will get your donations there for you. Spot is a 1/3 acre grass field. A RV pad and shed is located on field.

Birthday Pawtys available, Open at Night, fully fenced in yard. Pool is availble as an extra. Playdates and get togethers (including dog social clubs, events, breed/rescue groups, doggie birthday/gotcha pawtys and dog walkers) are welcome! If you are a larger group, just let me know and we can accommodate you! Perfect for the dogs who are timid or reactive, live in apartments or have small yards, or just aren't a good fit for public dog parks. Great place to work on your training! Please see our extras for Holiday Photo Ops, Pool, Smores, Pupsicles, etc...! If you like a lot of shade most of the backyard up to the deck is in the shade in the morning until 9:30 and partial shade after that.🐕 The deck and Pool is fully shaded after 4. There is a hose available on the gate side of the house. The pool is not included but can be added as an extra🌻 Come Play!

**UPDATES** 05.22.23 - Yard sprayed with Wondercide Outdoor Pest Control (cedar oil base) With rainy season starting, there is a much higher chance of mosquitos - but I will do my best to keep them at bay :) 05.03.23 - Yard mowed 06.02.23 - Yard is a little overgrown due to recent heavy rains **On schedule to be mowed between 6/7-6/11** --- A portion of proceeds from this Spot are donated to Everglades Angels Dog Rescue ---- This back yard was the key selling point when I bought the house. It is an absolutely fantastic space for dogs to run around and let off some steam. There is a picnic table that is mostly in the shade, and chairs if you prefer to be out in the yard with your pup. I will provide poop bags, water, and toys for guests to use. If you would like to bring more than 5 dogs or stay longer than 3 hours - please send me a message & we can work together to figure out scheduling :) I let the yard run a little wild as a natural yard. This means that when the flowers bloom I do get a lot of little visitors like bees, dragonflies, butterflies and grasshoppers. I provide a brush to help keep any longer coats clean before heading home. This also means that during dry spells, Mother Nature can sometimes burn the yard pretty crispy. If you are at all concerned about the status of the yard (grass height, insect activity) please feel free to reach out to me! The yard is treated with Wondercide to keep mosquitos in check & additional DEET-free repellant options are provided.

Beautiful Pool home with full amenities and large fenced-in yard with pool. Fantastic comfortable furniture to accommodate up to twenty-five people and their best friends for swimming, lounging, and outdoor fun!

We have an oversized backyard, great for dogs to run and play, HOWEVER we have a rabbit and chickens outside in a pen, an unmatched and determined pup could break into, please be mindful.
