Zen Paw Ranch

Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. We also have an extra space available for use that is unfenced if you want to let your dog roam freely. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas, bottomless water bowls, poop bags and doggy treats. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a nice nap on the hammock, sit at the picnic table, or just relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Enjoy a cup of coffee, soft drink or h2o while your lovely pet is enjoying their free time. We have a Keurig inside the house and can brew coffee upon request. Drinks and snacks will be provided for humans as well as wet wipes, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, paper towels and a trash can. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs and an indoor bathroom for your use is also accessible (All you need to do is ask!). It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. Please feel free to share their pictures at the spot! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out!

Such a nice yard!! great size and very well maintained plus secure - wasn’t worried about my large pup getting into anything or escaping. really quiet, didn’t have any dogs in neighboring yards (for all you fellow reactive dog parents) and plenty of parking. will definitely be back!

This was a super fun experience for my sweet pup. The yard is huge and secure, I had no concerns about her safety. The host left a basket of fairly new toys and even offered use of a dog friendly bathroom inside (for us humans) if needed. Both were very generous and kind touches. There was a huge ball in the yard that my six pound bundle of energy LOVED chasing and playing with. Shared fun photos of her loving life! Thanks a bunch Michelle, we will look forward to returning.

Bowie loves getting to be off leash here! The space is always clean and well-kept--we had a great time, as usual. Note: it's late summer and the yard is bordered by a wooded area, so don't forget the bug spray :)

Leaving 5 stars because the app kept glitching when scheduling. Kept giving an error or saying time slots unavailable even when showing available.

Great space for my pup to run around and he can’t see anything through the fence which is a huge plus!!

Holy moly! This yard is incredible! It was our first time with Sniffspot and it was amazing! It’s like a playground for pups! Beautiful grass for our pup to flop in, dynamic scape for all different activities, great combination of shade and sun spots, and very clean! The tall fence makes it a private and safe space for our pup! I think I might have had just as much fun as our pup did… can’t wait to come back!

This was our first visit to this Sniffspot. The area was large, clean, and Zoey had lots of fun there. The fencing was tall, and I had no reservations about letting Zoey run around. We'll be back!

This is a well-maintained space, equal parts sunny and shady, huge by our standards (we live in the city) and secured by a high, solid privacy fence. It's an ideal spot for dog-reactive pups like my Bowie. Because it was an unfamiliar space, he mostly followed me around on this (our first) visit but eventually settled enough to enjoy the space and play a little chase with me and his stuffies. We will definitely be back.

Jerry’s lawn was clean, secure and exactly what our pups needed. He was also quick to respond to messages, which I really appreciate.

This was such a great spot of my dog to run and play as we were driving through Baltimore in a road trip! Such a great place to sniff, run, and play!

July 2023
Nice spot with shady area and a great secure fence. My dog had a lot of fun running around to his heart’s content. Two notes: if you have a small dog (my chihuahua is 6 lb), use the wooden board to cover the hole under the fence door. Also, be cautious of the poison Ivy around the trees.
