My property has multiple trails, 2 small fields, streams, a large pond for swimming, and a dog wash station! Lots of space to play. Truly a dog paradise! My property is located on a long, gravel driveway (named by me as Maple Gap Rd) off Frozen Creek Road and just a short distance from the back entrance of Gorges State Park. Once turning onto Frozen Creek Road it’s about 1.3 miles on your right. You’ll see a small green sign saying Maple Gap Road and a Sniffspot sign. Parking is available beside the garage (looks like a house). Ok to park behind my silver truck that stays there. You’ll see a Sniffspot ‘park here’ sign, a dog waste station with bags, and a brown bench with tennis balls, water bowls, and bug spray in a storage bin under the seat. Access to the two small fields and stream is across the gravel driveway. My two homes on the property are vacation rentals by owner. If you see guests they may/may not have dogs. We’ve got a great fenced in yard in a quiet safe neighborhood with a super comfortable deck with chase lounges, table and chairs and a couch for you to enjoy while your dog chases the squirrels and chipmunks. We have water bowls on site as well as tennis balls to toss and play with your dog. There is even a basketball hoop! (Bring your own basketball ball). Bring your lunch and picnic on our deck! Table with umbrella is on the deck! Deck is handicap accessible! Sniff spot yard has driveway that provides a solid surface for ease of handicap accessibility! Dog parks in town are quite difficult to navigate or even impossible if you are using any form of assisted mobility. You will be thrilled to find our Sniffspot!
