We respect and understand how important it is to interact with your dog in a protected safe area with out worry of having a stressful issue with your dog and another dog or person. We live on a private road and the traffic is limited. All dogs that visit our yard appear to go home happy and content and always run straight for the yard when they come back!

Just outside the fence, you’ll find the brook, which guests are welcome to enjoy with leashed dogs. It’s a great spot for pups who love to splash! What’s included: * 4 ft tall fenced yard * Chairs and picnic table for relaxing * Fresh water bowls * Dog toys * Poop scooper * Off-street driveway parking Important fencing & access notes (please read): Our Sniffspot is designed to be a simple, affordable place for dogs to safely enjoy off-leash time in nature. The fencing is basic 4 ft welded wire fencing and works well for most dogs, but please keep the following in mind: * Not recommended for skilled jumpers or climbers. * Very small dogs may be able to squeeze through gaps near the bottom of the fence or around the gate. * The entrance gate is secured with a green bungee cord. Please fasten it exactly as you found it (or as shown on the posted instructions) to ensure the gate remains securely closed. * We strongly recommend doing a quick perimeter check upon arrival to make sure the space is a good fit for your dog. Accessibility: The fenced yard can be reached by either: * Stone steps (please note there is currently no handrail), or * A gradual grassy slope alongside the road, which many guests find to be an easier alternative.
