💧Current conditions... Clearing is soft,back trails are muddy..(plenty of dry areas) Mostly flat terrain for easier walking. Some trails are rocky, some have alot of protruding roots, ground is uneven in areas. You're very likely to see squirrels and deer. Occasional dog barking in the background. Sometimes neighbors mowing/ kids playing. Neighbor walks her trash can down the driveway on trash day. Pretty private, but not completely isolated. You might see a car driving past. Not necessary to bring poop bags, just relocate it if it ends up where you walk. Springs for your dogs to drink from. Some toys and treats provided, so all you need is your dog 🐶 Orange stakes and markers give a general idea of where to go, the property is between 2 driveways and a natural bushy barrier that makes it difficult to access neighboring properties so no worries about trespassing 😊 4 or more dogs use code lotapups and save $5 Thanks for visiting!

Nice size yard with pool...sit on the shaded patio or enjoy poolside swimming with your pup! Please...be sure pups know how to swim to the steps and do not try to climb out the side, scratching/damaging the lining. Please, no dirty paws on the furniture and no smoking. Willow Run Farmstead Walking Path

Enjoy the beauty of our 75 acre farm with your dog! Our walking path is approximately 6 ft wide and borders the exterior of our pasture-based farm. Most of the path has a 6 wire electric fence beside it for our cattle. There are two creeks with bridges that you can cross (with potential wet puddles). The entire farm is approximately a 35-40 minute walk depending on your pace, but you can always turn around for a shorter walk. Plenty of area for your dog to sniff and enjoy on a private walk! This sniffspot does require you to have your dog leashed at all times.

100 Acre Unfenced Private Fields, Trails, Ponds & Streams

A true off-leash adventure for dogs who love freedom and nature! Enjoy 100 acres of unfenced fields, rolling hills, and wooded trails—perfect for dogs who love to explore. You can hike on designated trails, on mowed fields or use the ponds for water training for hours with your pup(s). Our farm has: ✔️ Abundant wildlife! ✔️ Wide-open, completely unfenced land ✔️ Natural terrain with fields, hills, and trails ✔️ Ponds, streams and endless sniffing opportunities Parking & Arrival: Please park to the right of the big red barn, by the dumpster and begin walking from there. The farm sits on a very sharp curve, so use caution when entering and exiting the property. Please exit the farm by the farmhouse and only go straight (do not cross traffic as you exit). Dogs must be on leash when exiting your car and near the road. Once you are safely away from the road, dogs may be off leash for the remainder of your visit. If your dog has never been off leash, we recommend you have an airtag or a GPS collar on them. Please do not let your dog leave the designated walking areas on our farm. You will likely have the property entirely to yourself. Occasionally, you may see an older grampa (my father) working in the fields.

Dragonfly Hollow 2.0

NEW ADDRESS and DRIVEWAY... HURRAY! Same beautiful location but with way less potholes on the way to and from Dragonfly Hollow! My new home and driveway are finally finished! Hills, fields, rocks and a 1 acre farm pond to explore! Please park on the grass between the house and metal barn or on the gravel lot across from the house. Walk down the edge of the property near the barn to the pond. Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 8 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are adjacent to Weber's Peachberry pick your own peaches, apples and berry farm.

Welcome to your dream dog park! This stunning 2-acre property boasts a variety of features that both you and your furry friends will love. As you enter, you'll be greeted by dozens of trees and bushes, providing the perfect backdrop for a peaceful day out. Among these, you'll find an array of flowering and non-flowering plants, offering vibrant colors and sweet scents that will delight your senses. The property also includes spacious lawns, allowing your four-legged friends to run and play to their heart's content. You'll find plenty of room to toss a ball, play fetch, or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. At the very back of the property, if it rained recently you will find a small stream that winds its way through the woods. The backyard boundary is marked by a tree line and untrimmed grass, following where the fence used to be.
