Hello, my family and our dogs are excited to share our private 2-acre apple orchard with you and your pup! It is completely enclosed with a 10-foot tall fence. It’s great for dogs who love to run as well as those who prefer to explore and sniff at their own pace. Because our farm sits a bit off the main road, it is usually a peaceful and relaxing environment. Things to note: there is occasional mud especially right after a rain. There are bee boxes located outside of the back/northern fence line (your dog will not be able to access them but they are nearby 🐝🍯). My dogs, Sammy and Cooper have a large fenced in back yard that we would love to share! Your dogs can become accustomed to smelling other dogs and interacting with well-trained neighbor dogs. Cassian, my 2yr old Golden Retriever, is obsessed with his new yard. After growing up an apartment dog, we took it upon ourselves to buy a house with a big enough yard for him to zoomie as fast as possible every day 🐶 There are squirrels, beautiful mature trees in the yard and nearby, and it’s generally very quiet and relaxing. We have a small kiddie pool for your pups to play in during the summer, along with a splash pad. Please use at your dogs leisure!🌊☀️ And Cassian’s best toys are set aside for everyone to use ☺️ ❄️‼️ We have a small propane heater that will be set up inside of our shed, along with two chairs. Inside, your pup will have the freedom to explore about a quarter-acre of fenced-in space, featuring fun enrichment structures like a dog bridge and stacked hay bales for climbing, sniffing, and playing. This space is ideal for dogs who prefer a quiet environment without the stress of other dogs nearby. While our fence is 4 feet high and the area is smaller than some, it’s a great spot for dogs who just need a safe, fun place to burn off energy and enjoy nature. The tornado siren goes off every first Saturday of the month at 1:00. No joy. I am often available if needed for questions or help. We welcome suggestions! Enjoy! Winter: This Sniffspot will be open all winter. ***The snow isn’t always plowed immediately. We do our best. You may have to walk from the road (if the city also has plowed). Use your discretion. Be safe! ***There is a heated bucket for winter. After freeze temperatures begin, there won’t be a hose available.

This is a private residence with a very large backyard fenced in. We are set back from the road so once you are in our back yard it feels like you are 2 hours + north. In the summer we are often traveling with our children and dog. We are blessed to have such a large piece of property in this area. Some amenities are available and since we are new at this we are looking to see how this goes before adding additional features. At this time the house will be locked up but you are welcome to explore the yard and we have some heavily wooded trails and the very back of the property where often deer are seen. Garden hose, electrical outlets and water dishes available on the backside of the house. We have 3 separate entry/exits along the gate. You are welcome to use any of them, just please close the gate upon leaving. Parking is open to the driveway or the yard. Be aware of a small shallow pond in the front yard. We do not use pesticides or fertilizers on the grass at all but we may use some in the flower beds only. Please clean up any dog messes and a trash can is provided. Feel free to enjoy the views, fire pit and back deck. Thank you.

Beagle Boot Camp

This spot was developed as a starting pen for beagles. Brush piles, food plots, and secure cover were established for rabbits. Elevated observation decks (use at your own risk) were built for dog owners to observe their dog working a running rabbit. This spot is designed for beagle use but is multi use for all breeds of dogs. This spot is located in the "country" with easy parking and access. There are very few distractions which allows you the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful experience on mowed trails with plenty of area to investigate, and plenty of scents to stimulate your dogs sniffer.
