*** Happy 2025!! *** This year marks the 3rd year I have been open, and it has been such an amazing experience. I have loved seeing every one of the dogs and meeting all of you owners! I was able to add a few improvements this year which I hoped helped in the areas it was needed. I still have a long list to fulfill and as always, I am open to suggestions, what is needed, what is not needed! Again, I am always open to and appreciate feedback. Thank you ALL for making such a great thing even better by your participation and enjoying the space that we feel blessed to be able to offer. * Just a reminder that it is always flea and tick season. We do not treat the pastures with any spray so be mindful about using whatever treatment your vet recommends. *I am repairing part of the pasture that is on my side of the property, this is going to cause me to need the far far back pasture for the use of my horses more often. If you see them in the far back field, just consider that area closed. I do try and move them over off of it for most of the week. 11/1/2025 Updates. Hot/Cold wash on hold. We are going into the WET season, I will try and have towels out but always suggest bringing some. Consider weather appropriate attire. The barn offers coverage, but it can still be windy and cold in there as well. We added more granite to safely pull all the way in and park. ** PLEASE DO NOT TURN AROUND IN THE YARD OR THE PASTURE ** it will start to get too wet to pull all the way in off the granite areas and vehicles will get stuck. And this tears up the pasture, yard area. I am trying to come up with shaded areas in the far far back pasture. That may take more planning and time. But it is on the list. **** June 2026 **** I will be closing on THURSDAYS through the summer. This is for a couple reasons. I need a day to move livestock over to graze, I think we had more weeds this year because I didn’t put the animals over there as often last year (busy is good but I have to maintain the pastures and keep cycling them around) This will add more “sniff” opportunities, fresh green things to roll in and possibly eat .. horse, alpaca and sheep poo is very enticing but will cause no harm except a big ewwwww! *** If you see the park closed, you can always message me and I can try to make arrangements if possible, that may not always be the case depending on my work schedule or where I am at during that time *** This year marks the 3rd year I have been open, and it has been such an amazing experience. 2 miles down the road from exit 106 off I-5. A little less than an acre; fenced for cows with elastic white vinyl wire in the front and barbed wire on the backside. Fence is easily stepped through and NOT ELECTRIFIED. At a slight Incline, it is on a hillside with an even higher Incline on the other side of the creek, which is dry in the warmer months. Farm animals on premises and nearby/neighbors. Pets must be good with livestock/recall. If the gate is closed feel free to walk in between the white wire to get into the area. We do not spray any herbicides or pesticides of any kind inside the park or along the fence lines. There are some neighboring small dogs along the back line that will say hello now and then, We respect your privacy while using the park, and even though we would love to come over and play with every dog visitor and say hello to their humans, we will only meet you by specific request. Generally, the park is available to book during daylight hours, but there is some flexibility for your special requests. If you choose to park your vehicle inside the park, please open the gate slowly so that it doesn’t swing against the post too quickly. Both gates have combination locks on them. USE THE TOP LINE ON THE LOCKS WITH THE RED MARKS for the code. The current code will be provided upon scheduling your visit. This is a non-smoking park. Alcoholic beverages and drug use are also not allowed in the park. Please do not play loud music in the park. Our private 50-acre property (with 3 acers fully fenced) offers a peaceful, nature-filled escape for dogs and their humans, with something for every kind of dog. Explore, Sniff, Swim & Play - Our 3-acre fully fenced dog area is perfect for dogs who prefer to stay close to their humans or aren't quite ready for off-leash adventures in the wider property. It's a spacious place to run, sniff, play, and enjoy the outdoors. For dogs with reliable recall who are comfortable and responsible off leash, the adventure can continue beyond the fenced area. Explore our wooded property, follow the well-defined trail from the back gate of the fenced area down to two beautiful, large oak trees, and continue through the woods toward the Siuslaw River. The river runs along the back of the property and offers opportunities for dogs to cool off and swim when conditions are appropriate. A Comfortable Space for Humans - Near the fenced dog area, you'll find a small outbuilding with a fully stocked kitchen, drinkable water, a refrigerator, couches, a chair, and a first aid kit. The deck has outdoor seating, making it a lovely spot to relax while your dog enjoys the property. Additional amenities include: • Fresh water and a trough for dogs to drink from and splash or play in. • A fully functioning outhouse for human use. • Deck and kitchen lighting for evening hangouts. • Plenty of space to enjoy food, snacks, and time with your dog. • Potable water for humans and dogs. • A secure place to store food, personal belongins, and a place to stay dry if it’s raining. Please note: The yurt is off-limits to dog park visitors, but the deck and designated outbuilding spaces are available for you to enjoy. River Safety — Please Read - The Siuslaw River changes significantly throughout the year. • Summer and fall: The river is generally lower, more mellow, and warmer. • Winter: Water levels rise significantly, the current becomes stronger, and the water is much colder. Please use your best judgment and be mindful of your dog's swimming ability, comfort, and safety. You are responsible for your dog and all decisions made for yourself and your animal while using the property, including in the river area. The property owners have warned of potential hazards, and all visitors are expected to take appropriate precautions. A Few Important Reminders • Please practice Leave No Trace principles. Pack out everything you bring in, including trash and waste. Dog waste can be placed in the designated trash can at the property. • Food is welcome on the property. • Please supervise your dog and be responsible for their behavior and safety at all times. • Respect the property, the surrounding environment, and any designated off-limits areas. • Upon departure please be sure all gates are fully latched and closed. Rural Meadows & Forested Dog Park 5 miles outside of Rogue River

We own 40 beautiful acres that back up to BLM government forest land up the mountain. You can enjoy a smaller lower meadow that has meadow grass with a picnic table, and an in ground burn pit with seating or choose a slightly larger more rustic meadow that offers a nice open space that's another great spot for dogs to be free and enjoy being dogs! Either meadow is great for playing fetch, where you can throw frisbees, balls, or other toys. It's a great training ground, bring your training items or it's a nice place to just hang out together, like day camping. Make a day out of it and use an available propane BBQ to cook up some hot dogs or burgers (bring your own food) while you enjoy hanging with your fur babies. If you feel like hiking up rough mountain terrain, you can, if that's your thing. We have several picnic tables, and BBQ's, as well as hoses for water (April through September), and a year round porta potty. We also have a large dog cage option if needed, (let us know). We look forward to hosting you at your Dog fun space in the country! All Water Service is only available April through September annually, so please know that other months the water spickets are Winterized, due to freezing pipe protection. You can bring your own dog water dish and if there is no freezing, you can use one of 3 water spickets to fill. Please be sure to turn it off if no water comes out - so our well doesn't run dry when it thaws. Thank you! Winter months it's best to just bring your own water and dish.
