NEW ADDRESS and DRIVEWAY... HURRAY! Same beautiful location but with way less potholes on the way to and from Dragonfly Hollow. Hills, fields, rocks and a 1 acre farm pond to explore! Please park on the grass between the house and metal barn or on the gravel lot across from the house. Walk down the edge of the property near the barn to the pond. Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 8 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are adjacent to Weber's Peachberry pick your own peaches, apples and berry farm.

Come and enjoy 6 acres of enrichment for your dog. With a fresh water pond to swim in, a natural spring to drink from and tons of nature to enjoy- your dog will love this location. Sometimes my daughters and I are out on the fenced playground- please let me know if your dog is reactive to children & we will make sure to not be outside during your block! The fence is 4.5 feet tall and solid. It is higher up on the property next to the top lot.

People have occasionally been showing up around the lake - please be aware of this We do test for blue green algae (scroll to picture 5) and we tested NEGATIVE. The lake is safe and not suffering from any toxic algae blooms. Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for your pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please maximum! Notices for new visitors: - we are getting into hay cutting season for the summer in our fields. Please be mindful as walking through to our back trails. A pathway will be made as hay grows taller. - this is a working farm with animals that need tending to. You will see us out depending on the time feeding/ watering animals. Especially in extreme weather. - we are a pig rescue farm, you will see them out and about. We have 2 overly social pigs who may come say hi to you. Then go about their way. Everyone else likes to hide. We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy! Trails, a pond, creek, seating areas for relaxing , swings if children come along. There is truly something for everyone! *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. 15 Acre countryside Dog Heaven less than 30 minutes from downtown Baltimore!

**NOTE Pool CLOSED for Season** Less than 30 minutes from downtown Baltimore. Pool, tennis court, and mowed free roam area as well as a very large multi acre uncut wild meadow fenced on 3 sides and open to woods on one side. An additional small fully fenced area for training is also on the property. Indoor restroom in the guest house.

8 acre property for your pup to enjoy 🐕

8ac farmhouse property with plenty of options for your dogs to roam around and play. There's plenty of grassy areas to pick from. Very private, quiet, and tucked away in the back away from the main road. We don't have any pets, so yours will be the only ones on the property, and we're rarely home. Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed near the trampoline. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. The way to operate the water pump is to pull the lever up and all the way back and wait a few seconds and the water will come out the hose. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used up please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.

Fully fenced in .25 acres yard with a concrete patio that is level with the yard. No stairs to climb! There is a patio set with extra chairs and side tables, 11 foot umbrella for shade. There are dog toys always available, toddler friendly toys and snacks/beverages available for a fee. I work from home so any need for bathroom breaks can be done when I can open up the door. Swimming - dogs only. No people can enter the pool - per my home owners insurance, not even to sit on the steps and put your feet in. Only toys on site - or new in packaging permitted due to potential bacteria/algae contamination from waterway transfers. Additional fees per dog are based upon the size and short/long haired pups as the after care in much different.

North East Manor, Doggie Heaven

1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.
