This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires and an A Frame ladder). Come enjoy the country life with your dogs just minutes away from the city. We have a total of 5 acres with 3ish in the back fully fenced with 5ft welded wire. By the house there is a deck and patio with hose access and seating. There are tall grass meadow areas and mown grass play areas along with trails through the tall grass and plenty of voles to hunt around for. We have 2 50lb- ish dogs who play here all day who can be new friends or kept inside depending on your preference and theirs. The pond is full of nature and a very nice spot to cool off. Our backyard is nice and sunny with a lot of room to run and play! There is plenty of seating for lounging and to get some shade. Feel free to park in the driveway and use the fence to the right to come right in. I have doggie waste bags and hand sanitizer on the table along with free treats for the dogs and snacks for the owners! Also, there are balls for playing fetch. Feel free to pick some apples 🍎 from the apple tree! Have fun!

We have just under an acre safely fenced in. Easy access through the gate down the driveway. It’s lush with grass, no harmful plants or anything that could harm your dog. It’s a great place to throw balls, play keep away and maybe find a stick from one of our beautiful trees on the property. Enjoy!

We have a nice wooded acreage that sits along a creek that flows into the maumee river. 3/4 acre is fenced in with two entry ways. Wheel chair accessible at the back entrance. We do have dogs as well that are super friendly.

We have an acre of land. The back yard is fenced. So about 3/4 an acre to run. We have two dogs of our own but they will be put up when you come. I provide water for your dog. There is a pooper scooper to use. A couple chairs. We do have chickens. They’re in a chicken run, fenced off. We are very easy going! We have a plastic kiddy pool for hot days and a hose. We are currently working on our yard so there are areas with lots of sticks and stuff for now. We don’t use any kind of chemicals. Please reach out if you have any questions!!
