“I love to sniff and smell the world. I also love to play ball and tug, swimming and playing ruff with my brother. I unfortunately don’t have a lot of social skills with other dogs.“

“Jones loves to run and being free to run safely is her happiest place! She's anxious in her everyday life, but when she's in a big open park or beach, she seems anxiety-free. Although reactive, she gets along well with most adult dogs when meeting them off-leash. At home and on leash, she's afraid of many noises and chirpy birds. Off-leash, she seems unafraid and comfortable.“
— Lauren H.
“Jones is a rescue rez/street dog from Farmington, NM. I got him four years ago and he’s come a long way. He’s estimated to be somewhere between 5 and 7 years old. I would describe him as shy and anxious to strangers, and quite lovable as he gets to know you. He does not like the usual dog park. Too overwhelming, and too many dogs. He also has some health issues, including a history of pancreatitis. No treats for Jones. He also had disc herniation, so he wears a halter and does not use a leash around his neck. If anyone is trying to lead him, please always clip to halter, not collar.“
— Rachael B.
“Find us on YT @AdventuresOfJones or TikTok @adventures.of.jones Jones was born 3/1/2025, and he is a rare German hunting breed called a Pudelpointer, similar to a German Wirehaired Pointer (GWP) or a Wirehaired Pointing Griffon (WPG). We love to explore and see new places, and I like for him to experience things he’s never encountered before. We’re always looking for new adventures, so I enjoy using this app to find neat environments of all types and conditions to expose him to. It’s just the two of us for the foreseeable future, and our goal is to stay active, keep our connection to nature strong, feed our love for the outdoors, and take care of each other. :)“
