“My name is Liam, I’m a high energy boy that just loves new experiences as long as my mom is around to reassure me it’ll be okay. Mom takes me on daily walks but sometimes I need a little extra exercise to help with my energy. My ABSOLUTE favorite thing is to stop on our walks and sniff FOREVER.“
— Staci L.
“I love to be chased by my Mom Dad & Sister Luna. I also love peanut butter kongs, pillows and watching people on my balcony“
— Laura B.
“I love to run, eat sticks, chew rocks, and tackle my sister. I am especially cute when I’m tired.“

“Liam is a reactive dog, however he is usually calm and mellow when he is not afraid. He is a Great Pyrenees so he does have a loud bark. He is very gentle with small animals, and shares a house with 3 pet rabbits and another Great Pyrenees. He has taken swim lessons and is now taking classes for nose work. He is good at meeting strangers one on one, but if he sees someone from a distance he becomes anxious and will cry and bark, especially if they are walking/jogging/running towards him. He is also afraid of cars and motorcycles if they drive too close to him. His anxiety has gotten worse since the dog he lived with passed away, but he is working with a trainer to build up his confidence.“
— Amy S.
“Liam is a mama’s boy who just wants to be next to me or carried. He currently has alopecia we are treating him for, so he has a couple of bald spots and isn’t as fluffy as he usually is.“
— Eden S.
“Playful and well-mannered, but a bit socially awkward around other dogs. Wants to make friends with everyone. Poodle mix.“
— adam b.

“Liam is a Great Pyrenees, Australian Shepherd mix. He was adopted from Great Pyrenees Rescue Society in Texas. He is very shy and scares easily, so our neighborhood dog parks are not a good fit for him. He may growl or bark but after you get to know him, he is a big cuddly teddy bear and will want to be your best friend.“
