“Cattle dog software on Pyr hardware! Just a big goofball who loves other dogs and especially loves to chase them. Just 1 year old so still figuring things out. Otter does better with large dogs since he is pretty clumsy and plays like it’s a full contact sport.“
— Karly V.
“Hi, I’m Otter! I’m 3 years old and live with my mom, dad, and kitty sister, Orca, in an apartment in Winter Garden. I love snuggles, long walks, and peanut butter. I get nervous around new people and animals, but once I warm up, I’m very loving. I don’t always do well in stressful situations, but with the help of my trainer, my parents and I are getting better at handling these things with every day.“
— Amanda A.
“Otter is a very energetic and sweet 11 month old lab/hound mix. We adopted her in March of this year and are still working on general training and manners. She loves all people, other dogs, sniffing, playing with toys, and romping and rolling in the grass. We are always looking for playmates and opportunities for her to practice healthy play as well as work on recall. We are seasoned dog owners and enjoy ensuring that Otter has an adventurous life filled with joy and good health.“

“Hi! My name’s Otter. Yes, like the adorable, water-loving snack thief! I was rescued when I was three years old by the two most amazing humans ever (they call themselves Melissa and Jonathan, but I just call them Mom and Dad). From the moment I stepped into their lives, it was nonstop cuddles, praise, and a shocking amount of baby talk. They tell me every day how lucky they are, but honestly… I think we all scored big. Now, let’s get one thing straight, I am very food motivated. Like, will-sell-my-soul-for-a-crumb motivated. I’ve been known to sneak a snack or two when no one’s looking… and sure, sometimes it gets me in trouble. But hey all worth it. Food is love. Food is life. I also have a brother now, he’s my absolute best friend, even though he pretended not to like me at first (rude). But I knew I’d win him over eventually with my irresistible charm and world-class play moves. Now we wrestle, chase, and play all day long second only to meal time, of course. Even though we’re surrounded by other dogs all the time (my parents run a super cool doggy daycare), sometimes… I just want them to myself. I mean, sharing is fine and all, but is it too much to ask for a little one-on-one cuddle time with my humans? A private adventure? A snack picnic? You get it. So we’re joining Sniffspot to find some peaceful places to escape the daily chaos, just me, my brother, and our favorite humans. No barking crowds, no distractions. Just quality time, ear rubs, and maybe, just maybe… a few unauthorized snacks. Thanks for letting us visit your space. I promise to be on my best-ish behavior. Paws and licks, Otter 🐾“
