“I'm a very energetic but sweet and submissive girl. I have a beautiful white coat and orange eyes which make me the prettiest girl on the block. I enjoy my human so much that I would live in their skin if they'd let me but my mom is always saying something about giving her some space. I just don't understand what that means. I was n just adopted by my mom and dad in June 2026 so I haven't had much training yet but we have been working on it. I do love climbing fences, it's probably my favorite activity!“
— Barbara C.
“I’m Pearl! My family rescued me from Texas when I was about 10 months old. I was flown to Colorado by some amazing volunteer pilots on a small, private plane. I did great, but it was definitely scary and it took me a while to get settled into my new forever home. I love my momma and am her Velcro pup. I can be a bit nervous at times, but as I have more adventures and gain more confidence, I am turning into a very fun dog. I have 4 cat siblings, and I am learning how to be calm and gentle with them, but would love to have some dog friends to play with.“
— Cherie M.
“Sweet affectionate rescue pup who loves people. Shy at first, she was abused and in a homebreak in and shooting. So she is shy but once shes warmed up she is so loving and clingy. And absolutely adores her other rescue brother“
— Ree D.
“Oh Pearl, she was an Amish puppy mill rescue from Kentucky. She has a strong personality and definitely has that country Kentucky attitude. She is a tough survivor and can be bossy. She is one of the smartest dogs I have ever owned. Her and Bob adore each other.“
— Regina M.

“I love the outdoors! Sometimes I don't want to go for a walk, but could use some more time outside. Sniffspot would be great for me!“

“Hi, I’m Pearl. I was picked up off the street by someone around Christmas time in 2022 and brought to the humane society where my mom saw me. I played on her heartstrings. She had no clue what she was getting into when she brought me home, I’ve had to show her what it takes to keep up with someone as exciting as I am, but I think she’s learning. My friend Lila is a cat and my only other friend and I wish I could play with her, but she naps a lot because she’s old and she does not appreciate my wet nose boops. I’m hoping to move out of our apartment and into our house soon where I have a big yard to run around, but for now I’m cooped up most of the day because my mom is afraid I’ll run away and not come back since I can’t hear her calling for me and our apartment doesn’t have anywhere safe for me to run.“
— Allie W.
“Pearl is a Mini Bernedoodle. She’s about 6 1/2 months old. We don’t have a fenced in yard. If she is outside, she’s on a leash. I don’t trust dog parks. I’m excited to let her have her zoomies without a leash!“
— Nita M.
“Pearl is a rescue girl who can be anxious. She enjoys going on outings, especially with Nova and will sniff around and play chase with her humans. She really enjoys hiking, and definitely knows the way better than then the human sign readers!“
— Grace P.
“Pearl isnt the best dog with other pets and is very ill-mannered with people. She just has alot of energy and super hyper. She is only over a year old so lots of puppy hyperness left.“
