“I am 3 year old catahoula lab mix! My parents found me as a stray when I was just a puppy. I love to play and sniff and chase! I love playing with some dogs, but don’t always feel comfortable around all dogs and can be very suspicious of strangers and children. We are all practicing my recall skills, but sometimes if I see a squirrel I forget my parents exist 😆 I LOVE mud and water and will flop down in any puddle on a hot day to cool my puppy belly.“

“Rescue Jack Russell. Sawyer is a very intelligent, sensitive, playful and loving dog. He loves to play with his rope toy, solve puzzles and lay in the sun. He loves to chase and to be chased. He plays hard, but also loves to lounge out and rest. You can often find him curled up in front of the fireplace soaking in the heat. If Sawyer likes you, he is known to crawl up and lay on your lap. Sawyer was rescued at 5 months. He had 3 homes before I adopted him. His second home abandoned him, leaving him outside in his kennel in the rain. About a month after bringing him home. Sawyer slipped out of the house in a thunderstorm and was lost for about 2 days. We got very lucky finding him just a few miles from home. It’s taken a lot of time and work to calm him down after that experience, but he is doing very well.“
