Conveniently located right off the B2B trail and across the street from Timber Town, this spot offers a unique mix of nature, enrichment, and fun. Upon arrival, you’ll find a designated parking spot and a peaceful trail that winds around the back of the property to the park entrance. Along the way, you’ll pass our duck enclosure and pond—feel free to stop and say hi! If you'd like to feed the ducks, they love shredded lettuce or diced cucumbers (please, no bread). At the end of the trail, you’ll find a double-gated entry with a separate area for leashing and unleashing your dog safely. Inside, your pup will have the freedom to explore about a quarter-acre of fenced-in space, featuring fun enrichment structures like a dog bridge and stacked hay bales for climbing, sniffing, and playing. This space is ideal for dogs who prefer a quiet environment without the stress of other dogs nearby. While our fence is 4 feet high and the area is smaller than some, it’s a great spot for dogs who just need a safe, fun place to burn off energy and enjoy nature. Welcome to the Dykstra Dog Park! Play in our 1 acre fenced in backyard or walk the trails behind the yard. You are welcome to bring your own toys and can use our poop bags and trash for clean up. There’s a hose near the house for easy access to water.

At the moment the fence needs some reinforcements for doggos that might try to escape, but adequate for pups and their parents that need a space to run and relieve!

Canopys are available for calm days, there is also one small tree that can provide shade, also have two different kiddie pools that can be filled up, fireplace available, a couple camping chairs are available to use and doggie bags. You may find some dog poop, I have 4 dogs and sometimes miss piles when walking. All of my dogs are vaccinated and on heartworm/flea prevention! I hope you enjoy the spot as much as we do!
