There are areas of soft grass throughout the yard, and shade trees to sit under, in either of the 2 zero-gravity chairs that are under the shade trees, while the dogs play. There’s a porch swing on the porch that’s available to use, as well as a speaker for music (must connect to your phone and use spotify, youtube, etc…) There’s a solar charging cable for use, to charge your electronic devices while you play/relax and several types of bug-deterrents available, if needed. (Fly swatter, bug spray, etc..) Also available for usage are 2 sizes of wading pools (small & large), a fun water sprinkler, a small basket with a variety of dog toys, poo bags, baby wipes (for furry butts or hands), clean towels, water bowls and a spray nozzle hose (for rinsing off your pets/hands/feet). Some of the wildlife that you may see in the area are: Sandhill Cranes, Red Cardinals, Bluejays, Catbirds, Pileated Woodpeckers, Eastern Gray Squirrels, Black Vultures, and Red Shoulder Hawks. Some of the farm life you may see/hear: horses, chickens, emus, peacocks, goats, pigs, donkeys, feral cats, and cows. We have folding chairs, a porch swing, and a tree swing available to you to relax in. We offer fresh water and a bowl for your dog, if needed. And we have a small trash bucket available. Welcome! We offer an 80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gated property in rural Clermont. We have an automatic watering system with two drinking bowls and a dog activated sprinkler. When you tire of throwing tennis balls, get out of the heat in our outdoor Living Room. This covered spot has seating for four people. We also have a hammock and several swings. Bring quarters to feed our goats a snack. Use the provided stainless steel bowl to collect goat treats from the machine. Please note: This is a farm. Our goats are safely contained in another pasture and will not be near your dog(s). While here, you may see chickens, turkeys, cows, tortoises, hawks, barn cats, and more.
