Enter the backyard via either gate and enjoy! - Water jug under the deck (attn: may be frozen in winter) - Poop bags by the water jug - Trash can under the deck for poop bags - Bin of dog toys for your use - flirt pole, chuck it balls, tug, frisbee - Table and chairs in the yard and also on the deck - Bug spray (has been somewhat buggy with all the summer rain) If your dog likes to dig, they may dig freely in the dirt under the deck. This is a yard full of great sniffs - squirrels, chipmunks, voles, birds, bunnies and ground hogs all trek through regularly. Many dogs love to climb up on the stone walls and sniff everything. Running around on the huge deck is also popular! Note: The large deck has bird feeders containing safflower and sunflower seed. They are mostly out of reach, but safe for dogs just in case. DO NOT ENTER OTHER PEOPLE'S YARDS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. **Please use caution in winter as everything will be snowy and slippery. The backyard and deck are not cleared in winter.

Come play in our yard! Split rail fence with wire backing. Little dogs might be able to squeeze under if you have an escape artist the yard might not be the best for you. I have a pool so we had this happen pretty quickly when we started. Feel free to pull in our driveway and come in through the gate (in pictures). Feel free to sit on the front porch. The poop scoop, dog toys and water are all by the front porch. The house is next to the house and off you want to use the doggy pill let me know and I’ll have it out :) We have an Irish wolfhound who will be home but inside she will most likely bark but will settle down. There may be kids toys in the yards as well. The deck is a no go area as I’ll try to keep the loose kids stuff up there. :) please no digging :) Some basic rules: - Like Sniffspot charges for additional pups, we do charge for additional human companions. Our home sits on 8 acres with Glade Run Creek running through it! We have two large fields as well as woods in the back of the house. If you need a quiet place for your dog to roam and swim like our dogs do, please enjoy! (My dogs will be put away and we no longer have birds…just a cute photo for reference/view of the property) Note: the field with the golf course and volleyball is not our property. One of our neighbors has a dog that is occasionally out which we have no control over, however, there are 8 acres to explore so if you see his dog outside on his property, it’s easy to avoid an interaction. In the summer, the wire fence around the garden in the front field is electric to keep out deer, won’t hurt your pup but will definitely give them a startling zip if they touch it. If we are home we will sometimes be out on our deck, mostly in the summer, but our house is up on the hill and with 8 acres to explore and the creek running through the center of our property, it’s easy to still have your privacy.

Back yard is about 3/4 to an acre fully fenced. There is an above ground pool with a fence around the deck. Small dogs will be able to sneak through the pool deck fence so use caution with smaller pups. We block the deck off with all the pool junk best we can. Depending on if we are home the yard is always picked up before each guest and fresh water put out for your pup. If you need to book with shorter notice, send me a message and see if I can make accommodations. I also block time off to mow grass or if we are using the pool. Beautiful backyard (2 miles outside of Cranberry Twp off Freedom Rd) with lots of toys, water bowls, hose/running water, dog pool if desired, hanging ball on cord attached to tree. Lots of space to run, and super comfy chairs for owners to relax in! Smoking is permitted (must utilize ashtray provided). Be mindful your dogs don’t eat or ruin the raised garden beds surrounding patio! Newly planted apple trees are in the back of the yard but are protected by small fences. Neighbors have dogs that will visit at the fence! But they are willing to keep them inside if your dog(s) get upset. Entry: you can park anywhere in the back of the driveway near the fence gate. The fence gate has a carabiner on the inside that ensures the gate stays latched. You can easily reach your hand through to remove. Gate is very heavy but will open easily about 2 feet for entry without having to lift the gate to get it wider. Please replace carabiner when leaving.

This .75 acre area has a two main sections, an open area where your pup can enjoy the sunshine while running around and a shaded area under beautiful trees where you can both can relax and unwind after a long day. On the east side of the property, we’ve just planted a couple of apple and peach trees. Please be careful as we have surrounded one of the peach trees with logs in an attempt to keep deer from destroying it. If your furry friend has never seen chickens well, get ready because we have two chicken coops on site. The coop closest to the wooded area contains two Silkies, one Lavender Orpington and one Midnight Majesty Marans. The coop closest to the garage features two Rhode Island Reds and two Golden Seabrights. Fun fact, Seabrights are the only true bantam breed. Feel free to park in the grass next to the main driveway. Just please don't block garage doors. You should have both flea and tick medications up-to-date since we have an abundance of deer, squirrels, chipmunks, and rabbits that often walk through the area in the early morning and evening. Please bring your own water for the dogs, though a hose is available near the garbage cans at the back of the house.. I hope you enjoy your stay!
