Our property is a dogs dream! We no longer have a dog of our own, but when our grand dog comes over, she has stated it feels like Disney world! We have 3 fully fenced acres perfect for exploring and chipmunk chasing and a pond perfect for swimming! No areas are off limits other than our pool deck and above ground pool, but occasionally the neighbor dog is out to say hello with a bark but he is friendly and typically gets called inside after a quick hello. Our neighbors are very kind if you happen to see them as well, but again there is a fence between our neighbors!

In the summer we are often traveling with our children and dog. We are blessed to have such a large piece of property in this area. Some amenities are available and since we are new at this we are looking to see how this goes before adding additional features. At this time the house will be locked up but you are welcome to explore the yard and we have some heavily wooded trails and the very back of the property where often deer are seen. Garden hose, electrical outlets and water dishes available on the backside of the house. We have 3 separate entry/exits along the gate. You are welcome to use any of them, just please close the gate upon leaving. Parking is open to the driveway or the yard. Be aware of a small shallow pond in the front yard. We do not use pesticides or fertilizers on the grass at all but we may use some in the flower beds only. Please clean up any dog messes and a trash can is provided. The grassy outfield and secure fencing provide plenty of room for dogs to run and play, while owners can enjoy the open surroundings. With no permanent shade structures, visitors often bring their own chairs or canopies. To maintain the looking clean fields, please pick up dog waste, children play here too. Thank you!

We also provide another ~2 acres of non-fenced in trail/walking path into the wilderness behind the yard. Here you can walk your pet for a real nature experience. You will see fresh deer tracks, berries, rabbits, and plenty to enjoy. Hi! We have two Australian Shepherds. An 8 year old blue merle (Elvira) and a 2 year old red merle (Roary). We are a huge dog loving family, and we'd love to welcome other floofs to our yard. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. 💕 We lived in an apartment for many years with our floofs, so we know how it is not to have your own yard for your fur kids. My family would love to allow other dogs to use our space to run and play freely. The yard has privacy fencing all around, and chances are there will already be plenty of tennis balls and other toys around. Feel free to use the pool. Conveniently located right off the B2B trail and across the street from Timber Town, this spot offers a unique mix of nature, enrichment, and fun. Upon arrival, you’ll find a designated parking spot and a peaceful trail that winds around the back of the property to the park entrance. Along the way, you’ll pass our duck enclosure and pond—feel free to stop and say hi! If you'd like to feed the ducks, they love shredded lettuce or diced cucumbers (please, no bread). At the end of the trail, you’ll find a double-gated entry with a separate area for leashing and unleashing your dog safely. Inside, your pup will have the freedom to explore about a quarter-acre of fenced-in space, featuring fun enrichment structures like a dog bridge and stacked hay bales for climbing, sniffing, and playing. This space is ideal for dogs who prefer a quiet environment without the stress of other dogs nearby. While our fence is 4 feet high and the area is smaller than some, it’s a great spot for dogs who just need a safe, fun place to burn off energy and enjoy nature. Northern Tail Dog Park

Northern Tail Dog Park in East Lansing, Michigan is an unfenced off-leash park open daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting, wear a collar, and be at least 4 months old. No more than two dogs per person are allowed, and children under 9 are prohibited while those between 9 and 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Dog owners must clean up after their pets and carry their own bags. Violations of park rules can result in being barred from the park. The park offers a field for dogs to enjoy.
