Rent safe and private dog fields hosted by locals in Black Mountain, North Carolina

Have you ever wanted to run your dog on three football sized flat fields? This is your chance. Located behind UPM Raflatac in the cane creek industrial park this huge spot is the third one we have built. It’s been designed for complete privacy for you and your pets. No drive by traffic no people walking by, just you and your kids on 4 flat acres. It’s perfect for all ages of dogs and their humans because of the terrain! If you are up for an adventure, we have cut in a small trail to access Cane Creek. It is part of the same property but is NOT fenced in any way. If your pup enjoy off or on leash hikes, then feel free. The trail is outside the fenceing look for the silver gate across from the Gazbo. It is an out and back path with two small hills about a 3-5min walk in the woods. This area is not fenced. A picnic table, gazebo with swing, hammock and umbrella, are located here for lots of seating and shelter. Some toys are provided and even a game of horse shoes for humans! I think a Remote Control car or a drone, a mountain bike might be really fun to bring or even a Remote Control plane. This spot is actually part of the old Fletcher airport. All I want in life is to help people to have balanced dogs in their lives! Enjoy!

4/13- The grass is really growing. Please understand this is a pasture for my animals and not a yard. I will not be mowing this area until it is time to hay it. I want you to enjoy it but it is unnecessary to message me that I should cut the grass. This is a huge pasture with sloped hills and a creek running through the bottom. Almost 5 acres of fenced pasture is used for horses and goats in the winter and hay in the summer. Grass will be long at times. The creek is shallow and lots to see and sniff! Tree covered places if you don’t want sun and many beautiful views for everyone to enjoy and play. If you have never been to this spot, it is worth the drive! This is the 2nd spot and close to the 1st spot. Please be sure to follow the directions. My goal for these spots is to be available for all dog owners who need it. I do have clients that book a month out at a time in order to get the time they would like. All I want is to help people to have balanced dogs in their lives! Please pack out all trash, there are no trash cans onsite. Enjoy!

A large pasture with fencing around everywhere except the top of the creek crossing running behind it. Bring a towel and enjoy! The bugs are back so a head screen or bug spray might make you more comfortable. Chairs and tables and sometimes a hammock provided creekside! Please do not bring more dogs than you have made your reservation for. If something changes please contact customer service and they can add dogs to your current reservation. I hope you have a fun and restful visit!

Large, flat grassy fenced in area for unleashed dogs on a 20 acre farm and wedding venue (Hidden River Events) next to the Swannanoa River. Parking is just outside the fence on the grass. There is a large deck with seating for relaxing while your pup(s) play. If it has rained within 24-48 hours of your visit, the spot will be muddy (even though it is a grass pasture) so it is good to bring towels for your pup. The fenced area has no trees so, there is an umbrella provided. If you use it, please close it before you depart. Horses and goats reside in their own fully contained pastures on the property away from the Sniff Spot.

Sitting on 1 beautiful flat acre, close to everything but has the feel of being in the country. Picnic tables, chairs, water pump, doggy poop stations and porta potty for humans. Let your dogs run free while you enjoy the serenity of our estate. -Construction will be stating the 2nd week of April on WagWorld BARn. I will have dates blocked most of April and will release them as I know my contractors schedules. We will be having our soft opening in mid-may then grand opening Saturday 6/1st when we move to open play membership. This will require you registering your dogs on wagworlddogresort.Com. Must be spayed/neutered with up to date rabies, bordatella and distemper. $5 per dog (humans free). We will be offering pre-opening annual membership for $100 per dog. Live music, food truck and vendors on site. Adult beverages as well for sale. I will be offering Sniffspot off and on throughout April/May. I will also be adding a half acre Sniffspot in my back acre. Fyi if you have a membership with Sniffspot you can use it at any park. I am only paid per visit. The Olive & Pearls Canine Social Club is a private, fenced, .5 acre spot made just for dogs. We have agility equipment, dog water fountain, seating for humans, and more! Conveniently located right off Asheville Hwy and close to Main St, our location is easy to get to and we have plenty of parking. The inside bathroom is also available during regular business hours. We offer membership options for those who can see themselves coming on a more frequent basis. Members are given access to special blocked times on the calendar. We are always happy to answer questions, so please do not hesitate to ask!

Riverside is a serene spot nestled along the scenic French Broad River. Spanning across 16 acres of enchanting woods and open fields, this pet paradise offers a haven for furry companions to frolic, swim, and embrace the great outdoors. Whether your pets enjoy splashing in the river or exploring the lush surroundings, Riverside provides the perfect retreat for them to have a tail-wagging time. Unleash the adventure and create everlasting memories with your four-legged friends at this idyllic spot. Make sure to use Google Maps and follow the included access directions. Apple Maps won't get you anywhere close!

The top pasture of this small farm is available for dogs to sniff and exercise. Sometimes there will be farm animal smells, horses and goats, and turkeys, rabbits and deer may also visit. There is a nice hill to tire everyone out, and a pretty view of my little farm. If you sit at the top and throw balls down the hill your dogs will get very tired! There is a picnic table, a swing, a table and various chairs, a splashing trough, a dog toy box, and a hose. Feel free to pull right in through the double red gates and close them behind you, to leave my neighbors room to drive past. This will also ensure your dogs don't escape when you open the car doors. Parts of this sniff spot can get muddy if the weather has been wet, so throwing your toys into the tall grass at the bottom or on the driveway will help keep the spot less torn up in bad weather.

*UPDATE 4/11/24* The bugs can get really bad at certain times of year. Mostly gnats around the face and no-see-ums. I do provide bug spray and bug nets that work best when worn with a hat. The worst of the bugs are early spring (April-June). Not fenced but not immediately bordered by anything but forest or field on all sides. The property is 12 acres with mostly open or treed space. There is a small beach area with water calm enough for dogs to swim and fetch sticks. We have picnic tables and chairs that you can use but please pick up after yourself, your dog, and your kids. There is now a trashcan provided on the beach for your convenience. Downstream side of property has an “island” that can be explored. The neighbors property downstream starts shortly free the road narrows between the river and steep bank. It’s usually more overgrown and can visually tell the upkeep is different. Please avoid being on their property. Flood waters make signage difficult to use in this area. Just message me if you need more details on the boundary line.

Welcome to Lucy’s half acre private dog park where you, your family, friends and furry companions can run, play, explore, exercise, relax, and even have a picnic. It’s a great and safe place to be with your loved ones. The park is securely fenced and private. There are trees, a shade sail canopy and a nice area covered shelter with a roof and fan to get away from the elements. We provide chairs, hammocks, a glider, a picnic table, kids play equipment, dog toys, water, etc. The park has a slope which can provide a great way for you and your pup to exercise. A nice big area for your pooch to dig is available as well as plenty of spots for your dog to roam and explore. Some areas are uneven and hilly which adds to the fun of exploring. Come and enjoy our secluded private oasis. We hope you will love it as much as we do.

Tranquil 21 acres. Easy to find. Located off a quiet "No outlet" road. Property is half wooded with trails, half pasture. Multiple large, grassy, fully fenced dog pastures; 4.5' high fencing. Fully fenced obedience training ring with gates, broadjumps, highjumps, and bar jump. Trails to lazy creek and around perimeter of property. Kennels, cover, chairs and fans available for use in pole barn .

Silent H Acres is almost an acre fenced spot for your dog to go sniffing, running, fetching, and discovering. There are toys to play with (frisbees, tug rope, tennis balls, etc) and sticks to fetch. The grass ranges from 2” mowed, to 4” natural, up to about 12+ inches. A smattering of trees and two sitting areas for you - the gray Adirondack chairs are a bit too heavy to move, but feel free to move the red ones anywhere you would like. ***We will be adding a couple of agility exercise areas for your dog in the next few days. Toward the front of the field, I have mowed a curvy type of track in case you want to work on guided leash training. For you, we will keep a track around the perimeter of the fence mowed so you can use it for a walking track. PLEASE NOTE, the electric fence is DISCONNECTED. Surrounded by woods, this private property is set about a half mile off the road in view of Glassy Mountain. Get some one-on-one time with your very best friend and enjoy the serenity of nature.  Blocked dates may be available at certain times, please message me with request. Weekends are always blocked for maintenance. Please stay off of the docks until we had a chance to repair them. 

24 acres on country road fenced in. Partially wooded with trails or wide open in the horse pastures. Mountain View’s and farm animals/ wild life abound. Owner willing to set up farm animal interaction if set up in advance and dog is leashed at introduction ( for companionship not chasing) property is farm animal rescue sanctuary with lots of friendly animals outside of fenced dog play area

Beautiful fields and woods for as far as the eye can see. Trails cut in the woods, trails cut through the fields. There is literally a trail I mow that winds all the way around the property. You can walk a sunny trail or a shady trail...my wife and I walk this trail with our six...yes you read that correctly SIX dogs just about every day. We are so lucky to call this home..I thought why not share it with you guys.

8.5 acres unfenced with the exception of a 70' x 70' fully fenced area. Primarily open flat fields you can play fetch in. We also have some agility equipment to enjoy. Back side of property are woods to walk in that leads to a creek to play in.

Let your pups get their zoomies out in our fully fenced in and private field while you smell the flowers, hang in the shade, and do some birdwatching! Plenty of room to run and sniff for your furry friends. We provide a seating area and a dog waste station with bags, with more amenities to come! We will soon be adding a kiddie pool, fresh water access, treat station, and more! Park in the driveway, and entry to the play area is just at the top of the driveway toward the main road. It's not uncommon to spot a black bear or deer passing thru the fields because this private dog park is an example of true country living! Please help yourself to any of the amenities needed for you or your dog, & don't forget to sign the guest book upon departure! Ejoy!

This land is so nice my dog loves it . If ur dog don't get along with others that's ok I'll close my doggie door so my pup can't get out there well ur pup plays I'll even play with them if u would like .
