Come and visit us at Wags & Whiskers Wonderland. Where tails wag fast and wave high, whiskers smile, wet noses sniff, zoomies can zoom and doggie wishes come true! Come alone with your dog, with doggie friends or maybe a doggie birthday "pawty" (pawty packages available). We love being a part of Sniffspot and providing a safe space for dogs to get exercise and explore. I have had reactive dogs and understand the struggles to find fun and safe spaces for them to explore. Come here and enjoy a fully fenced backyard with pool (OPTIONAL EXTRA FEE-POOL IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE YARD BOOKING FEE AND YOU MUST ADD EXTRA). Fence height 4 - 5 feet. Large park like setting with grassy flat area for dogs to romp and play. There are dog bowls available and a hose for water. There is a patio seating area (seasonal) with table and chairs as well as a furnished and seasonally decorated gazebo to sit and enjoy some shade and take some cute photos. We also leave free treats in the gazebo for our furry guests. A large mulberry tree also provides some nice shade with an available hammock (seasonal) to share with your furry friend. There is a heated built in pool, which is separately fenced for safety, and available for use with ADDITIONAL FEE. Dog toys available for in and out of the pool. For pool users we offer several sizes of dog swim vests from XS to XL. I also offer a supply of bug spray and sunscreens. In case of muddy paws there are pet wipes for dogs, hand wipes for human guests and also a first aid kit just in case. There is a large private driveway for parking. Please remember the purpose of Sniffspot...to interact with your dog so please engage with them and supervise them at all times…no dogs should be unattended at any time. My main focus of becoming a host is for the enjoyment, enrichment, benefit and safety of THE DOGS...this is why we have clear rules, boundaries and limitations which we ask that all of our guests respect. Please always ask if you have any questions or need clarification. To our pool users...If you have added the pool as an add on, the dogs are all welcome. Their humans (1 adults only per dog) are also allowed to enter with the dog as long as the human is interacting/playing with the dog (if no dog in the pool, then no people in the pool). If your dog has never been in a pool, DO NOT traumatize your dog by just throwing them in and PLEASE USE LIFE VEST (many sizes available) and introduce slowly. I do my best to clean/skim the hair out of the pool between guests IF I am home. Unfortunately, I am not always home and cannot attend to the pool in between, and I apologize in advance if there is hair from a previous guest. I have a robot skimmer which may be floating in the pool to help keep if clean. If it is in the pool, please remove before entering and replace when you are done (there are instructions on how to do that at the pool). If you have a dog that may heavily shed, perhaps brush if possible before attending so that less hair enters the pool. We want to keep it nice and clean for all of our guests so everyone has a positive experience.We also do not want to put extra stress on the pool filter so we can keep it running for everyone to use. I also leave a skimmer net by the pool if needed. FYI...It's NJ so the pool is only open from May until mid September. Please keep this in mind when booking and feel free to message me if you want to check on availability. NOTE: 1) PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY DOG THAT IS SHOWING ANY SIGNS OF SICKNESS OR ILLESS (DIARRHEA, VOMITING, COUGHING, LETHARGY). ALSO, I KNOW SNIFFSPOT ASKS ABOUT DOGS BEING VACCINATED BUT DOESN'T REQUIRE PROOF. I BEG OF ANY GUEST THAT YOUR DOG PLEASE BE HEALTHY AND FULLY VACCINATED. I HAVE A SPECIAL NEEDS DOG THAT IS IMMUNE COMPROMISED AND I NEED TO PROTECT HIS WELL BEING. 2) Allowed 1-2 ADULTS per dog ONLY. 3) Pool area: Use at your own risk. Pool is 3 - 10ft on the deepest end. No running, diving or food/glass around pool. Please do not leave dogs unattended. 4) Raised deck attached to house not for use by guests. 5) Please return everything to it's proper place where you found it. 6) No alcohol or smoking. 7) Please do not let your dog pee or scratch at the pool equipment (filter/heater) behind the pool. 8) I do have some weekend blocks on the schedule. If you are interested in a specific day/time, please let me know, and I still may be able to accommodate you upon request. 9) I currently have dog limit set to 6 but can accommodate more upon request so please feel free to ask. We can make special accommodations upon request.

Fully fenced in, grassy backyard that is 25' X 75' (1850 sq ft) in a quiet community drive. The yard is bi-level. Lowest point of fencing is 40". Three-quarters of the yard has taller fencing, some being chain link and other being chicken wire. Parking must be on the street, not in the community drive. You can easily walk down into the community drive with your dog on leash and enter the yard on your own.

Muddy Paws Rescue takes in over 1,000 dogs every year from shelters in NYC and other states (but don't worry, they all live in foster care so your pup can have the place to themselves!). By bringing your pup to our Sniffspot, your rental fee will go entirely towards our operations, helping to cover the cost of medical care, treats, toys, food, and so much more. We are located on 9th Avenue and 54th St in Hell's Kitchen.

Our spot is a private fenced in rooftop that is approximately 500 square feet in East Williamsburg. Enjoy comfy couches, a hammock chair, tables and WiFi during your stay. We provide dog toys, water, treats and a shaded dog bed. Everyone and every pup is welcome here! Keep in mind the rooftop gets full sun on sunny days. There is an umbrella, but it doesn’t shade the whole space. Accessibility: It is 4 flights of stairs to get to the rooftop. The building does not have an elevator. We live 1 flight down and love dogs! We have a 10 year old Pittie mix named Cocoa. She loves all humans, but not so much dogs, so she’ll stay in our apartment during your rental. WELCOME to Dogworld! Here at dog world, we have 8 rescue dogs of our own, and we love nothing more than to share the fun of our yard with others! We had a human reactive/dog reactive german shepherd, malakai, who unfortunately passed away before we knew about sniffspot, so in honor of him and other dogs like him, offering our yard is something i’m passionate about. in our .32 acre fenced in yard, we want to be inclusive as possible for all dogs and all owners. with that so, what we have to offer in our yard consists of: 🚨**NEW!!**🚨 -Spring pole! Let your dog enjoy endless tug on our spring pole that is attached to a tree. -DIG SPOT! In our custom made Dig area, your pup can get their digging instincts out by digging as much as they want in their doggy sand pit. -SPRING POLE! Dog lives tug of war? then they will LOVE our spring pole, which consists of a pole that’s deep in the ground, with a tether attached to it. warning, your pup will absolutely want one to call his own after 😜 -pool is open in the summer, all we ask is that you do not let your dogs claw at the liner (stairs are available). if your dog isn’t a fan of a real pool, we have a dog size pool as well. pool latter will most likely be up due to safety precautions, just take it down. -agility equipment! including 3 jumps, a tire jump, a tunnel, 2 sets of weave poles, and and A frame! (i recommend those who are familiar with agility and contact points to use the a-frame, it can be intimidating to dogs who are newer at it) -plenty of room to play fetch, tug of war, chase, etc -tall sturdy fencing (with the exception of a few *single* panels loose due to weathering. most of the fencing on the property is 6 ft, with the exception of maybe 9 feet being 5 ft on the side. -dog water from CLEAN bowls -plenty of access to both shade and sun -turf and path around deck -very quiet neighborhood -access to hose and pooper scooper -WE HAVE A K9 BLOWER!! no stress when your dog is soaking wet out of the pool. -lots of parking -wide variety of toys, such as balls, frisbees, flirt poles, rubber toys, chuck its and ropes. neighbors dogs are *occasionally* out. they are only visible if you go out of your way to look through the cracks in the fence , but you cans hear them rustling around when they walk. in the near future, more agility equipment, And enrichment activities will be added. Guests who book will receive treats and enrichment/activities ideas for their pups to be able to do in their yard. If you haven’t done research on how important enrichment is for your pup, let us teach you!
