Tori's 4 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Slocomb

Unfenced
4 acres

Parking is still being worked out. Please park at 2500 New Hinson. There is a red gate, please park off to the side of the gate so we can still get through. Then walk north on the dirt road to the next driveway on the west side of the road (it’s a little bit of a mess right now, but is accessible by foot). Please don’t go past the treeline to the north and west and do not go past the shed to the south. Thank you! Enjoy! Additional wildlife information: There are cows, a donkey, and dogs across the street. The property well to the north has kenneled dogs. You will hear them barking, but they will not come near. The house three properties to the south has three outdoor dogs. They are inside an electric fence, so they shouldn’t ever bother you, but if your dog makes his/her way over there, s/he will be able to make contact. Generally, this is the country. There is wildlife everywhere. Tons of birds and bugs. We have also seen, on occasion, a little alligator, rabbits, opposum, turkeys, deer, several kinds of snakes, anole, skinks, evidence of wild hogs, frogs and toads, fox squirrels, mice, etc etc etc. We are brand new to this, so I hope to eventually put up boundary signs and we will get parking squared away! Thanks for checking out our Sniff Spot!

Frequently asked questions about Blountstown dog parks

Are there dog parks in Blountstown for reactive dogs?

Yes! Blountstown has 132 private dog parks specifically designed for reactive, anxious, or dog-selective pets. Unlike public dog parks where unexpected encounters can trigger your reactive dog, Sniffspot offers completely private bookings. That means only you and your dogs will be there. We enforce 30-minute buffers between visits so you won't run into other park users when arriving or leaving. This makes Blountstown Sniffspots perfect for reactive dogs who need safe off-leash exercise.

How many private dog parks are in Blountstown?

Blountstown has 132 private Sniffspot locations ranging from cozy backyard spaces to expansive properties spanning 6+ acres. You'll find fully fenced dog parks, small dog parks, and dog fields options, each offering complete privacy during your reserved time. Browse listings to compare sizes, amenities, fencing, and reviews from other Blountstown dog owners.

Are Blountstown dog parks friendly for all dog types?

Absolutely! Blountstown Sniffspot locations work for every type of dog: puppies learning socialization, senior dogs needing gentle exercise, small dogs who feel safer away from large breeds, high-energy dogs requiring space to run, and yes, reactive or anxious dogs needing privacy. Because bookings are completely private, you can customize the experience to your dog's specific needs—whether that's careful puppy introductions or stress-free exercise for nervous dogs.

Will there be other dogs at Blountstown dog parks?

No, that's what makes Sniffspot different from public dog parks! We only allow one booking at a time, and host dogs must be kept away during your visit. When you book a Blountstown dog park, you have the entire space to yourself (plus any dog-owning friends you invite). This privacy is crucial for reactive dogs, puppies in training, or any dog who needs space from other animals.

What makes Blountstown dog parks safe for anxious dogs?

Blountstown Sniffspot locations provide controlled, predictable environments without the chaos of public dog parks. There are no aggressive dogs, no inattentive owners, and no unexpected encounters that could traumatize anxious or fearful dogs. All guests must have vaccinated dogs (or titers), and hosts maintain clean spaces. 93% of Sniffspot reviews are 5 stars, with many highlighting how safe their reactive or anxious dogs felt.

Can puppies use Blountstown dog parks?

Absolutely! Blountstown dog parks are ideal for puppy socialization because they provide controlled, distraction-free environments. Puppies can practice recall, build confidence, and explore without the overwhelming chaos of public dog parks. Just ensure your puppy has age-appropriate vaccinations before visiting any Blountstown Sniffspot.

Are Blountstown dog parks good for small dogs?

Yes! Many Blountstown Sniffspot hosts mark their spaces as "small dog friendly," meaning they're appropriately sized for toy breeds and small dogs. Unlike public dog parks where small dogs risk being overwhelmed or injured by larger breeds, Blountstown private bookings give your small dog the entire space to themselves. Look for secure fencing with minimal gaps and hosts who understand petite pup needs.

What are the requirements for Blountstown dog parks?

All dogs must have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. Each Blountstown host may have additional requirements listed on their booking page. Most welcome all breeds, sizes, and temperament levels, including reactive dogs who can't safely visit traditional public dog parks.
