Winding Brook Farm: 15 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Southampton

Hi! I’m Joanne, and this is my dog Nifty’s favorite place in the world—so I thought I’d share it with other wonderful dogs and their people. We have 15 private acres with woods, open fields, and river access, and it’s been such a gift for my dog to have a safe space to run freely. I know not every dog thrives at dog parks, so I wanted to create a peaceful alternative. This space is especially loved by dogs who need a little extra room or prefer a quieter environment. The property is fenced along the two “long sides” which encourages your dog to stay nearby but with lots of roaming space. The fence is NOT fully secure. Please see the section about fencing. Near the cabin, there’s a cozy seating area where you can relax under the trees while your dog enjoys the space. There is a Solo Bonfire fire pit that can be rented with the last block of the day. (Currently between 6:30-8 pm) We provide a manufactured log (think Duraflame-type) with a 2 hour burn time. This is an add-on at the site using a Venmo QR code. Our fenced in property with a orchard and large open space has been adored by many dogs and other pets we have cared for many years. We respect and understand how important it is to interact with your dog in a protected safe area with out worry of having a stressful issue with your dog and another dog or person. We live on a private road and the traffic is limited. All dogs that visit our yard appear to go home happy and content and always run straight for the yard when they come back!
