Next to some veggie/fruit plants are little white baggies made of plant based citronella, pure egg, and garlic oil—this is to repel deer and rabbits. They stink. My dog sniffs and walks the other way, yours should as well. In the event they take it, I can send you the info of the product which does not harm animals or humans. It’s just stinky. The yard is mostly flat but not completely. It’s likely you will hear other dogs from the neighborhood, but unlikely you will see them. You may also spot the occasional deer in adjacent lots. Please park by the mailbox or sides of the house nearby. If your dog poops in the Ivy, you don’t have to clean it up. Please clean up if they poop in the grass. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! There’s a fire table for your use. Please be sure to turn it completely off before you leave. When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. A hose and kiddie pool are provided during the warmer months. We turn the water off in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze. Tons of seating under our brand new pergolas. There’s a living room area plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella.
