55Lots of open space to play fetch and let dogs run! Nice wooded and shady trails for walking. There are even little benches to rest on. Fully fenced makes this a perfect spot for reactive dogs or dogs that aren’t bomb-proof. Amanda S.

55This was our fifth(?) time utilizing this amazing piece of land for our pup. We only stayed a short while time because it was really hot and humid that day, but we still enjoyed it just as much as always. Our dog is always SO happy to come here and run around free in the woods and fields. Such a great deal and great hosts! Megan H.

55This was my second time visiting this space, so I'm not sure if I'm supposed to review again. But it's just a perfect space for my dog. I took off of work on the expected last warm sunny day of the season to enjoy a comfortable walk, and it was absolutely perfect. So worth a trek from Minneapolis.Stephanie J.

55Great place! Wide open in the center of the land for sprinting and bounding through tall grass. Wooded on the edges with trails, sniffs, and trees to jump. Highly recommend - we'll be back!Erin H.

55Our dog Molly had a wonderful time at this sniff spot and so did I. Lots of open space to play catch and beautiful wooded areas for walking and exploring. It is Spring and the ground is wet so boots are a must and the road in is also muddy. It is a ways out but worth the drive. Margaret G.

55We will use this spot again. The long open field with some mowed, some not, gave us good visibility of the dogs, yet lots of great field conditions for them to explore. The wooded areas around the outside were good for a change of scenery and a chance for the dogs to cool off.Disa W.

55Wonderful experience! Property well kept, though I’m sure it will take a lot of work to clear the trails of fallen branches...not a problem for us to navigate around them though!Sandy M.

FAQ about our Chippewa Falls dog parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 97% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Chippewa Falls area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
You can filter Sniffspot dog parks by fencing and distractions. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our 9 fully fenced dog parks in the area. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our 2 off leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can also filter locations to avoid other domestic animals and people. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions.
