There is plenty of room for running around, catching a ball or just relaxing in the sun. There is a table and umbrella seating area, toys to play with, water bowl and poop bags are provided. The scenery is just like being in a park, surrounded by mature Oak trees.

We are a dog hotel, offering our indoor, heated pool for Sniffspot guests. We have an indoor (human) restroom, life vests for the dogs, pool toys, towels for drying off, and ear cleaner available for your use. The indoor pool has a private entrance and we do have a fenced in yard, if your pup needs a potty break.

Dog Club is a private use, canine enrichment field/complex located on the beautiful campus of St. Richard's Episcopal Church in the heart of Winter Park (32792/Seminole County) - minutes from Baldwin Park, Audubon Park, Winter Park proper, Maitland, and College Park. The Club field was designed (and is managed by) a local, professional dog trainer as a safe, private use, dog park alternative where dogs can meet their exercise and enrichment needs off-leash while in the company of their people, only, while enjoying multiple amenities and activities. Private use sessions combined with the location of field, entrance gate, and designated Club parking, as well privacy screening along Club fencing, are all designed to ensure minimal to no encounters with others dogs or people. Private use/sessions are limited to maximum of *3 registered dogs and 3 guests from SAME household per session. Dogs must be a minimum of 8 weeks old. At least one (1) Club Guest must be an adult (18 years of age or older). Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the Club field and on campus. *Field use/sessions with unregistered dogs, unregistered guests, and amongst dogs from different households is NOT permitted. *Limited exceptions to this policy may be considered, not guaranteed, by Club Manager and must be approved in advance by Club Manager. We have 5 acres of land that is fully enclosed with a fence. Roughly 1.5 acres - 2 acres is cleared land, perfect for running and activity. The remainder is forested. We reside next to a nature preserve, so wild animal encounters can occur. We have seen bears, coyotes, and snakes. Most of these occur in the morning time. The fence up front has some larger holes that a small dog could get through, but this is far away from the primary area located in the back. There are plants toxic to dogs around the house, so it is probably best to remain in the open areas.
