Kimberly's Partially Fenced acreage In Abbotsford

Partially Fenced
86 acres

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Give your dog wide open space to run and play here on a large acreage right in town. Coming here will feel like you are in the country with the beauty of the mountains, a field to run in and a trail to hike in. *Please note that the acreage is a total of 86 acres including the crop areas. There is very little time that the crop area is restricted. When the pumpkins are grown, it is fun to walk up the rows and we welcome the pups to be in there, take photos etc. If you visit during planting, we ask the dogs stay out of that area as that can damage the crop. There is lots of space to run and walk/hike. The perimeter trail is approximately 3.5km. There is short grass, tall grass the dogs can go in and out all over the field in the front and middle of the property. As well as up the hill trail.

Jason's 24 Acre Fully&partaily Fenced Private Dog Park In Blaine

Fully Fenced
5 acres

Hi, we have a couple different spots for your furry friend to play and get some energy out! The first spot is right by the entrance to the property and is a fully fenced like 1 acre. Add this word you’re more likely to be able to hear and possibly even see another dog. But still private and comfortable and very easy to get to The next spot is out in the back it’s about 20 acres is partially fenced with two horses roaming around The last one is past that area to the forest line and is a private trail that cuts through to the very back where it touches meets up with three other properties and opens up into about a two acre stretch of field with the culvert in the middle and a stream running through most of the time But it is also just partially fenced the trailer. There’s just blackberry bushes and trees on either side, but the trail itself maintained should be mostly clear. Of any branches and or bushes sticking out and impeding your walk where you can even ride your mountain bike if your dog prefers to run along side of you. I will be adding more pictures of this area very soon. Just wanted to get this add up. Thanks for looking. Hope to see you soon.

Emily's Private Dog Park In Sedro Woolley

Unfenced
5 acres

Enjoy this completely private dog park on over 5 acres of property on the beautiful Bacus Hill. To get here, follow google maps most of the way. When you see the mailboxes on the left (a little before where maps takes you), you'll also see an area where you can pull off and park. There is a maintained path that leads straight down to a bridge, once you are across the bridge, the entire open area is available for you and your dog to roam and explore. On the walk down, you will be able to see our house and our fenced yard with our dogs, but once you cross the bridge it will be private. A few warnings/disclaimers: 1. There is wildlife (bears, cougars, etc.) in the area. Use at your own risk. 2. The bridge has some (fairly obvious) broken/soft spots on the west side. Watch your step! 3. Beyond the open area to the east and south begins to get into other neighbor's property. It is not the end of the world if your dog goes there for a bit, but please try to keep them mostly in the open area. 4. Watch out for occasional dog poop. We let our dogs poop on walks and every now and then it happens to be on the path. Generally clear, but good to keep an eye out.

How clean are private dog hiking trails in Cloverdale compared to public parks?

Significantly cleaner. Public dog parks in Cloverdale see dozens of dogs daily with sporadic city maintenance. Private dog hiking trails have dedicated hosts who maintain their own spaces—cleanliness directly affects their reviews and bookings. Many Cloverdale hosts provide fresh poop bags, sanitized water stations, and regular grounds cleaning. With only one booking at a time, waste accumulation is minimal.

Can I book Cloverdale dog hiking trails on short notice?

Usually yes! Many Cloverdale dog hiking trails offer same-day or next-day availability with instant booking. Unlike public parks that might be crowded unpredictably, Cloverdale private dog hiking trails let you reserve exactly when needed: early morning before work, midday breaks, evening exercise. Real-time availability shows on each listing—perfect for last-minute training or when routines get disrupted.

What's the best time to visit dog hiking trails in Cloverdale?

Any time works since bookings are private! Unlike public dog parks in Cloverdale that are crowded during peak hours (mornings, evenings, weekends), you don't worry about timing. Book when it fits YOUR schedule—midday when it's quiet, dawn for cool weather, late evening for convenience. Many Cloverdale dog hiking trails have lighting for after-dark visits. This flexibility is perfect for shift workers or dogs with special needs.

Do Cloverdale dog hiking trails allow multiple dogs?

Yes! Most Cloverdale dog hiking trails welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings), but generally you can bring your whole pack. This is perfect for multi-dog households in Cloverdale where some dogs are selective—they can play together privately without outside interference. Great for sibling bonding or families with mixed ages/temperaments.

Can I use Cloverdale dog hiking trails for special events?

Many Cloverdale dog hiking trails welcome doggy birthday parties, training workshops, breed meetups, or group playdates. Private bookings mean your event won't be interrupted. Coordinate with Cloverdale hosts about capacity, amenities (parking, shade, water), and any restrictions. Some even provide party extras. Check individual Cloverdale dog hiking trail listings for event policies.

How do Cloverdale dog hiking trails accommodate dogs with special needs?

Cloverdale dog hiking trails are excellent for special needs dogs because you can filter for specific requirements: flat terrain for mobility issues, secure fencing for blind/deaf dogs, quiet locations for anxious dogs, small spaces for seniors, or maximum privacy for reactive dogs. Read reviews from other Cloverdale special-needs dog owners, and contact hosts with questions. The private setting means you can adapt the experience to your dog's unique requirements.
