A 4 acre meadow is in back if you’d like to use it but it is outside the fence. Nothing but woods beyond that field. Toys & water if I’m home. Does your dog have the zoomies? Bring him to my place and let your fur baby run around and get the zoomies out. I have 3 pasture sections that they can use to run and run and run and run and run! I am about 1.5 miles from route 283 so if you are traveling and need a sniff spot, I am right here!

Welcome to our peaceful 3-acre property! Your pup will have access to a fenced half-acre yard. Enjoy table and chairs while your dog explores, and kids are welcome to use the swing and playset. Tina's Dog Field-Unfenced acres

SAVE! This is a separate area beyond Tina’s Dog House for half the price. Book it and try it! Although the lower property is fenced on the south side, there are no roads, dogs, or neighbors out and the woods end at a 20’ high turnpike fence way down the mountain. It’s quiet and vast & I’m on a dead end road. It’s ideal for dogs who can play off leash in an open field & woods without full fencing. Or if you just want to walk your dog on leash. Approximately 4 acres including woods, the field borders only 2 neighbors with acreage far away. You will access the field from the right side of the upper driveway before you get to the gate. Park in the grass and walk back over the hill behind the small garage. All of that area is mine too, but it’s also closest to neighbors. You’ll have more privacy and your pup will have less distractions if you go down back. You will be permitted to use the field beyond the fenced yard only, because there may be other SniffSpot customers paying for the fenced yard at the same time. If you have concerns about another dog being inside the fence, feel free to message me first and if it’s not booked, I can block the calendar for the time you want to use the field so no other dogs or people are here inside the yard. I do also have a small dog friendly BnB and on some days there may be other dogs here. I ask guests to keep their dogs inside during your visit. In spring, summer, & fall I will have a hose run down to the fence and water bowls for the dogs. I can provide some seating in the shade for you as well.

Zen Paw Ranch

Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and a trash can will be provided as well. At this time we are not able to offer water or doggy bowls. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. Please feel free to share their pictures at the spot! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out! Heads up: Our lawn service comes every other Wednesday. Behind the house is fenced, the other portion of the yard is open and flat but is not fenced. The field portion can see the road and people walking as well as sheep across the street. I have chickens inside an electrified fence by the barn.

The farm sits on a very sharp curve, so use caution when entering and exiting the property. Dogs must be on leash when exiting your car and near the road. Once you are safely away from the road and barn, dogs may be off leash for the remainder of your visit. If your dog has never been off leash, we recommend you have an airtag or a GPS collar on them. Please do not let your dog leave the designated walking areas on our farm. Occasionally, you may see an older grampa (my father) working in the fields.

Dragonfly Hollow 2.0

Please message me if you want to visit and the time you want is blocked. I may be able to rearrange things! Hills, fields, rocks and a 1 acre farm pond to explore! Please park on the grass between the house and metal barn or on the gravel lot across from the house( but be aware of the electric fence if you park here.) Walk down the edge of the property near the barn to the pond. PLEASE STAY on the left side of the pond and do NOT go into my neighbor's fields/yard on the right. If you can't trust that your dog won't run off the property, please keep him on a leash. This property is not fenced and your dog needs to have good recall in order to run freely. Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 8 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are adjacent to Weber's Peachberry pick your own peaches, apples and berry farm. There is currently a sunflower field in view; there may be people visiting.
