This private property features a mix of wide-open fields (currently planted in soybeans), wooded areas with winding trails, and a peaceful pond. There’s plenty of room to roam safely along the edges of the fields and through the woods. Some trails cut through the forested sections for shaded walks and adventure. Important for your visit: • Please drive down to the last barn and park. • Please stay within the property boundaries — we’ve included clear photos in the listing showing fences, markers, and property lines to help you navigate easily. • Please pick up after yourself and your dog as there are no trash cans on site. • As a working farm, you may occasionally see or hear light farm activity (equipment, crops, etc.), but the chances are low during Sniffspot bookings. Your dog will have tons of space to enjoy the rural setting without interference. Welcome to the World’s Largest Sniffspot (Confirmed). There’s all kinds of areas to let your dog sniff and romp around! Upon arrival you may romp around in any field as far as your eyes can see. We just harvested corn September 2024 and the land is wide open and crop free until spring! There’s google earth maps showing property lines in yellow in the pictures. A pathway will be made as hay grows taller. - this is a working farm with animals that need tending to. You will see us out depending on the time feeding/ watering animals. Especially in extreme weather. - we are a pig rescue farm, you will see them out and about. We have 2 overly social pigs who may come say hi to you. Then go about their way. Everyone else likes to hide. We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy! Trails, a pond, creek, seating areas for relaxing , swings if children come along. There is truly something for everyone! *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. I have a friendly foxhound on site, although she stays in the house unless I'm walking her. She does love other dogs to play with however!

Country hideaway! Fully fenced dog pasture on secluded property in Beaverdam, VA

Fall is in the air and our spot is perfect to enjoy a nice, quiet escape! Our secluded dog pasture is located on a dead end in Beaverdam. As you enter the gravel driveway, you will see designated parking alongside a shaded shed. Just a short walk away is the entrance to a fully fenced doggie pasture. In warmer months, the (4) chairs and a table will have an umbrella available for some shade. We also will have a shade sail for the pups use as well as a garden hose and drinking bowl (for the dogs only preferred). There are covered dog shelters so your pooch can have some shade. Doo doo bags, a scooper and trash can are nearby for cleaning up. The area is far removed from the street We are easily reached should you have any issues at all and the area has security cameras for safety. We do not have any outside pets that will interfere with your visit. A burn barrel and wood is available for visits in the cooler months. Take a ride through the county and enjoy our clean and pesticide/fertilizer free pasture!

Taylor Dog Park

Taylor Dog Park is located at 13017 Taylor Complex Ln, Ashland, Virginia, United States. The park is fully fenced and open for dogs, their owners, and those accompanying them. All dogs must be licensed and vaccinated for rabies. Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the park and under the control of their owner at all times. The play area spans one full acre, from the white pole/light pole back toward the white shed and ending at the brush line. It’s open, peaceful, and removed from heavy neighborhood traffic. 🐾 Good Fit For: • Dogs with solid recall • Sniff walks & decompression time • Fetch & training sessions • Pups who enjoy open space ⚠️ Please Note: This yard is unfenced. Dogs should have reliable recall and be comfortable off-leash in an open setting. Wildlife scents are present due to the wooded edge. From time to time, ATVs may pass by on the road. They are not constant, but this may not be the best space for dogs who are highly reactive to moving vehicles or who like to chase.
