Evelyn's 10 Acre Unfenced Water Front Private Dog Park outside Burlington

Unfenced
10 acres

PROPERTY IS UNDER CONTRACT TO CLOSE MAY 30. We have truly loved having all our guests enjoy the space and hope between now and then you take advantage as much as you can. We have also shared this with the new owners in the hopes they continue to allow dogs this special retreat. Thank you to everyone for making our place your special place. ❤️ 10 acres bordered by active electric fenced in cow and horse pasture. Lower property offers lake views and animal access from shore (people are not allowed to wade). 5+ acres are mowed, and an additional 2+ acres of trails and foot paths. Quiet and serene location far from roadways or neighbors. Let your dog run leash free or bring your GPS, wireless electric fencing system with you, and relax while your dog roams and discovers. We are animal friendly, but dogs will be inside or gone, and cats will either be inside or find trees while your pet enjoys the space. We do have a pool that is not dog friendly.

Frequently asked questions about Efland dog hiking trails

What amenities do Efland dog hiking trails typically include?

Efland dog hiking trails feature amenities designed for natural exploration and varied terrain: wooded trails, open meadows, and varied natural terrain, secure fencing options, water stations, waste disposal, and often extras like toys, shade structures, or parking. Unlike public parks with generic setups, Efland hosts customize their spaces. Browse 16 listings to compare—from bare essentials to luxury amenities perfect for your dog's needs.

How much does it cost to use Efland dog hiking trails?

Sniffspot runs on a membership model with monthly and annual plans that include credits toward Efland dog park bookings. Members get discounted rates at participating Efland spots, and new users can start with a 7-day free trial. There are no surprise booking fee. Your credits cover the reservation. Browse Efland dog hiking trails listings to see individual spot pricing, and check your membership dashboard to see how many credits you have available.

How clean are private dog hiking trails in Efland compared to public parks?

Significantly cleaner. Public dog parks in Efland see dozens of dogs daily with sporadic city maintenance. Private dog hiking trails have dedicated hosts who maintain their own spaces—cleanliness directly affects their reviews and bookings. Many Efland hosts provide fresh poop bags, sanitized water stations, and regular grounds cleaning. With only one booking at a time, waste accumulation is minimal.

Can I book Efland dog hiking trails on short notice?

Usually yes! Many Efland dog hiking trails offer same-day or next-day availability with instant booking. Unlike public parks that might be crowded unpredictably, Efland private dog hiking trails let you reserve exactly when needed: early morning before work, midday breaks, evening exercise. Real-time availability shows on each listing—perfect for last-minute training or when routines get disrupted.

What's the best time to visit dog hiking trails in Efland?

Any time works since bookings are private! Unlike public dog parks in Efland that are crowded during peak hours (mornings, evenings, weekends), you don't worry about timing. Book when it fits YOUR schedule—midday when it's quiet, dawn for cool weather, late evening for convenience. Many Efland dog hiking trails have lighting for after-dark visits. This flexibility is perfect for shift workers or dogs with special needs.

Do Efland dog hiking trails allow multiple dogs?

Yes! Most Efland dog hiking trails welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings), but generally you can bring your whole pack. This is perfect for multi-dog households in Efland where some dogs are selective—they can play together privately without outside interference. Great for sibling bonding or families with mixed ages/temperaments.

Can I use Efland dog hiking trails for special events?

Many Efland dog hiking trails welcome doggy birthday parties, training workshops, breed meetups, or group playdates. Private bookings mean your event won't be interrupted. Coordinate with Efland hosts about capacity, amenities (parking, shade, water), and any restrictions. Some even provide party extras. Check individual Efland dog hiking trail listings for event policies.

How do Efland dog hiking trails accommodate dogs with special needs?

Efland dog hiking trails are excellent for special needs dogs because you can filter for specific requirements: flat terrain for mobility issues, secure fencing for blind/deaf dogs, quiet locations for anxious dogs, small spaces for seniors, or maximum privacy for reactive dogs. Read reviews from other Efland special-needs dog owners, and contact hosts with questions. The private setting means you can adapt the experience to your dog's unique requirements.
