Message me for more details!! We live on a 6-acre property, of which about 2 acres b/w the front yard and backyard are fully fenced in. In the privacy fenced backyard, we have an in-ground pool that is dog friendly from May-late Oct. Oct-May the front & back yards are available for lots of room to run! We live out in East Parker, and it feels like out in the country. We have 2 dogs of our own. 1 is a black lab and 1 a mutt. Owning labs for over 20 years, is how we became passionate about opening our pool to other dogs who love to swim! We do keep our pups securely in the house or sometimes leave the house if requested. Also feel free to send messages about off hours as we may approve them if given enough notice. Note: I leave at least 30 minutes between bookings to assure there are no run ins. We have horses for neighbors and great views. Come enjoy some relaxion and wear out your pup at the same time! We keep the hot tub open year-round which can be added as an extra! As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Imperia's Canine Connection 1+ Acre Private Dog Park The Spot: Over 1 acre of fully fenced (6' chain link) field area with a drive-through gate so your dogs can start running right out of the car. The surface is a packed sandy soil during the cold weather months and mowed natural vegetation during the warmer months. A walk around the interior fence line is about 1/4 mile so it's great for the active dog owner too. It's a close-in rural location right in Aurora just two miles east of I-225 from the Sixth Ave exit. My neighbor has loose chickens on his property. The chickens are bothered by dogs. Dogs may bark out of curiosity and that's totally appropriate and ok, but they soon realize that with no reaction there is no need to bark. NOTICE: I share a 300' fence with a neighbor to the west. The neighbor has a new dog that on random occasions has access to this shared fence line. I have installed privacy screening to minimize this distraction. IF YOUR DOG IS HIGHLY REACTIVE, PLEASE DO NOT RESERVE TIME AT MY SNIFFSPOT. Sniffin' Hours are: 9:00 -4:00 every day except for Tuesday, which is field maintenance day, and my dogs do get kind of jealous if they can't use their own dog park. All Breed Rescue & Training is a non-profit organization that helps dogs that were deemed unadoptable for whatever reason and were facing euthanasia. We are also a Training Facility where people can learn to train their pups! We teach anything from Basic Obedience and Puppy socialization classes to more Advanced classes and even some fun classes like Nose Work. We also offer behavior training to help those who have dogs that struggle with behavioral issues. The Canine Lifestyle Center (CLC) A tenth of an acre is perfect for agility or for an indoor place to run and play, away from distractions, and with a private bathroom you won't need to leave the space well here! Training Room West This space is smaller and less private but a great space for those with people loving dogs or those wanting to work on their pup's training privately who may lose focus on you when others are around! Behavior Room This space is a similar size to our Training Room West but is a private space with its own entrance and easy access to the front office if you need to use the bathroom or have a question! This space is climate-controlled and a nice space to play or practice with a small agility course or even introduce your pup to new games such as Nose Work! No One will enter the room you book unless you specifically ask for someone to come in. You will have the space completely to yourself until your booked time is over. Please let us know what space you would like to use when booking by adding your room choice to the "add a note to your host" and stating Canine Lifestyle Center, Training Room West, or Behavior Room.
