Welcome to our private, fully fenced 5-acre Sniffspot on Frank Road, designed for safe off-leash play and relaxed exploring. This is a quiet, secure space where dogs can run freely, sniff to their hearts’ content, and enjoy real outdoor enrichment without the stress of public dog parks. Many guests find it ideal for reactive dogs, shy dogs, high-energy dogs, or dogs that simply love having room to roam. The property includes a mix of open running areas and natural tree-lined spaces, giving dogs variety while owners enjoy mountain views, peaceful surroundings, and benches for resting. The entire area is fully fenced so you can relax while your dog explores. You’ll find poop bags and a trash bucket provided, and there is plenty of space to wander at your own pace. My own dogs are small dachshunds, so I pay attention to secure fencing and safe access for small dogs as well as large dogs. Most dogs do great with this setup, but if your dog has a very high prey drive, is known to jump fences, or may attempt to access livestock, please use caution and assess whether this environment is a good fit. This private space is also a great fit for reactive dogs or those who need a calm, low-traffic environment. Street parking is available near the entrance and a two-gate entry system provides an added layer of security - allowing you to enter at your own pace and help your dog transition calmly into the space. As you come through the gate, you'll find a covered canopy and welcome station with fresh water, clean bowls, poop bags, toys and towels - everything you need for a comfortable visit. Chairs are available so you can sit back, relax and soak in those gorgeous Pike Peak views while your dog does their thing. Wildlife sightings are part of the charm - you may see hawks overhead, rabbits in the grass and occasionally deer passing by. Two resident barn cats also live on the property, but they're very shy and rarely seen. Beautiful area fully enclosed with 6' fence at the lowest. Separate entrance to this field from the street. Street parking on dead end road. Approx 400' x 200' field for running or throwing balls or frisbies. Picnic table shaded from afternoon sun. No lighting after dark. In winter when days are short pay attention to when the sunset time is. You'll have light for about another 30 minutes after sunset. If you want to run around in the dark that's fine too just bring your own flashlights and lighted dog collars Weekends tend to get fully booked. If you don't see any open slots Change your criteria to 30 minutes as there might be a 30 minute slot still available. There is a water hydrant near the chicken coop. Lift up on handle as far as it eill go and wait three to four seconds for the water to begin flowing. (Pull hard) Turn on splitter valve if no water comes out. There's a large green trash can next to the shed for poo and some bags available if you didn't bring your own. In Summer early mornings are usually cool. After noon the picnic table will be in the shade and an hour or two before sunset a good portion of the field is in the shade. But midday can be hot with no shade. I recommend checking the weather forecast before visiting or only booking 30 minutes when hot. Make sure to check chat messages in the app and turn on notifications so you see them. Communication is important

I’ve got a big backyard with plenty of shady spots for relaxing and sunny patches perfect for sunbathing. There’s even a kiddie pool to cool off in! Mom finally upgraded the kiddie pool so it's much bigger now and you can go in with your friends! If you like chasing squirrels, you’re in luck. They are everywhere! Seriously. It’s kind of my specialty. And as for grasshoppers… let’s just say I’ve handled that situation. Those things are annoying, so I take care of them myself. Mom also offers extra playtime with me (you should definitely choose this—I already know I love you, it’s just how I am). I’m full of energy when we first meet, but once I know you’re sticking around, I’ll settle down and give you space… if that’s your vibe. Otherwise, we can play. And play. And play some more. If you prefer to hang in my yard by yourself, that's cool too. Enjoy all the smells. Mom has some garden boxes in the back and she composts in the center of them. The smells coming from there are my favorite, 10/10, but she put a fence around everything so you will have to sniff from afar. 🐶

Kiddie pool will be unavailable starting September 2nd. When you arrive, you can enter through the side gate to the left of the house behind the tree. Please make sure your dog is up to date on their vaccines (rabies, parvo, distemper, etc) to maintain a healthy & safe environment for all the dogs (including my own + our occasional foster dog).
