When you drive into the driveway, you will enter through the wooden fence on the right. The yard spans all the way around the garage into a large open area for playing fetch. There is a water hose immediately to your right as you enter next to the back door to fill bowls. There are several toys in the yard one dog bed that can be thrown around as well. Our yellow labs truly enjoy the large open space. Safe and fully fenced!

45 beautiful acres to roam! Easy access less than a mile off I-25 in south Loveland. This property is not fenced in, so your pup must be obedient for safety reasons :) Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway (just please don’t block the garage). My land boundary includes up to the white fence to the North, to route 402 on the South, and up to the private road on the West side of the property. I particularly love the evening hours here; sunsets can be stunning! Depending where you are on the property, you will be treated with views of the foothills and Long’s peak! We live on an 8 acre farm. We have several fully fenced 1/4-1/2 acre spots for dogs and owners to play with great views to the west of horsetooth rock to the north and longs peak and mount meeker to the south. Off street parking on the farm! And water bowl provided in each space.

Hike around a Ponderosa Pine and Juniper forest on 12 acres of sloped hillside on a mile long trail and stop to have a picnic. Phone service is spotty. 4mi Private Dirt road up to the house. Sweet, fully fenced area close to open space in southwest Longmont, 10 minutes north of the north end of Boulder. Our small dog, Oliver, loves to play fetch and run around with other dogs in the yard, so let us know if your dog would like a playdate. No worries if not! Most dogs also love seeing the cows across the street, and going in between the shady and sunny spots. Nice for humans too – it feels rural, but it’s just outside of town. Beautiful view of the mountains. We have a chuck-it, some balls, baggies, water & hand sanitizer 😊🐶 enjoy!

This is not the average suburban development -- this is more like hiking in the National Forest. Lots of squirrels to chase, sniffs to enjoy and hills to run up and down. You won't have any issues with dogs or people on adjacent properties! This property is surrounded by National Forest and unfenced/unused private property. In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with wood chips. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc.

You will have full private access to the entire yard and back patio during your visit. Plenty of space for your furry friend to run around in. Any balls or toys in the yard are available to use. You will never need to see or interact with me on your visits, but I am usually there if you need anything.

From time to time my dogs will see guests enter and will give them a bark but once you get in the backyard you will not be able to see or hear them. We have a lot of anxious and reactive dogs visit and they’ve never had a problem 🙂
