Welcome to our farm retreat minutes away from historic Gettysburg. Our 6-acre fully fenced Sniffspot, adjacent to Oakside community park, offers a private oasis for your furry friends to roam, sniff, and play. If home we will make sure to provide fresh water for your pup! We provide essential amenities such as waste bags, tennis balls, hand sanitizer, and a table with chairs for your convenience. Delicious farm fresh eggs are also available for purchase under extras (please message prior for eggs 🥚 - we did not anticipate how popular this add on would be!) As new hosts, our hope is your experience at our Sniffspot is enjoyable and stress free. We always try to keep the pastures as clean as can be for each guest, please make sure to clean up after your pets as we don’t have the time to clean 6 acres in between each visit. Your feedback is valuable to us, so please feel free to share any suggestions or ideas you may have.

0.5 acre fully fenced in yard in the Hanover Borough. Relax by the fire pit under the lights or in the shade on our ample seating arrangements while your pup or pups run around the yard. Lawn is well maintained and poop is cleaned up regularly using provided poop bags for deposit. Separate gate and private back parking with alley access lends itself to a private yard that any pup would enjoy, along with private parking for the pup “paw-ents.” Water bowls are provided and can be filled using the back tap. Trees provide a sense of privacy right in the heart of the Borough. The 5 ft tall fence and yard area provides an area for running that any dog would enjoy! Treats are provided for the pups to top off the experience!

We have 3 fenced in areas ranging in size along with basic agility equipment and short trails. There is a total of 10 acres that include fenced in areas and trails! We are a training facility that specializes in patrol, protection and odor detection dogs. We also offer basic obedience and behavior modification.

Peaceful area located at the base of Sugarloaf Mountain in MD’s Agricultural Reserve. Owned/operated by former Cape May, NJ PD ACI (Animal Cruelty Investigator). Many maintained trails. Spectacular views!

Message us prior to booking for a discount code! 🐕🐩🐕‍🦺 Large open, fenced-in backyard in a quiet neighborhood. There is lots of space for your dog(s) to run, and ample room to play fetch. There is plenty of outdoor seating to relax while you watch your dog(s) play and explore. The back right corner of the yard has a play area with a playhouse, caterpillar tunnel, tire tunnel, climbing cube, and hammock. We also have a bunch of dog toys out. Part of our yard is shady and part is sunny. You get the best of both worlds. The pool is completely fenced off from the rest off the yard. You don’t have to worry about your dog(s) accidentally falling in. Our yard is handicap accessible. There are no stairs to climb. The entrance to the backyard is a flat grassy area. The gate leading to the back yard is wide enough for a wheelchair or power chair. The yard has a slight incline, but there are no major obstacles that would prevent a wheelchair from moving around. We are located in Sykesville, MD which is about 30 mins from Baltimore and Columbia. 15 minutes from Owings Mills, Ellicott City, and Westminster.

We have a 30 acre tree farm located at the base of Sugarloaf Mt., away from roads, houses and people. Very secluded, with a 1/2 acre spring fed pond for swimming as well as groomed trails for sniffing, hiking and training. We are also a Lab Rescue foster family for young puppies and help train for their next fur-ever homes. Our place can also accommodate for upland and waterfowl training. We are as well associated with Buckeystown, Poolsville and Peachtree Veterinary hospitals.

Nestled in the middle of a 200acre farm this peaceful setting is dog heaven. Brand new 6 foot high mesh fencing with 6 foot high double mesh gates keep all dogs safe and secure. There is a shelter with windows that open to allow a breeze on a hot day. Chairs and other amenities make this location comfortable year round. Complete freedom to roam on 30 acres with a bonus that our land is surrounded by another 200+ acres of electric company owned land with no roads, no cars, no neighbors… just grass and forest. We have a Google Earth picture roughly showing the property lines and the driveway for you to use while exploring. We ask that you please stay out of the treeline to the right of the driveway as you drive up the hill It's the neighbor's property and it's marked by no trespassing signs. There is no house on the property. Just a camper and a shed. Park anywhere on the road or at the big circle at the top (near the farm office.) We have wifi near the brown shed at the top of the road. Your dogs will be tired after this trip, we promise. As of April 1st there are no animals or livestock on site except for a few bee hives on the property. Most often, the owner is not on site but may do some maintenance time to time. If you see him, he will wave hello… Rest assured he will not approach your dogs unless you approach him. We understand reactive dogs.

8ac farmhouse property with plenty of options for your dogs to roam around and play. There's grassy areas and gravel spots to pick from. Very private, quiet, and tucked away in the back away from the main road. We don't have any pets, so yours will be the only ones on the property, and we're rarely home. Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.

Come let your dog romp around my historic home in my fenced acre back-yard. Sit in the tree swing or relax on the bench. Refreshing for dogs and humans! Home adjacent to Goshen Branch Stream Valley Park. Lots of open space and privacy. Help yourself to toys, poop dogs, and water for the dogs inside the smokehouse. Fresh water is put out daily (as long as I'm in town). FREE doggie swimming pool Mondays through the Fridays in the summer months.

A beautiful 80 acre farm located in Dillsburg. PA. Dogs can run free and explore wooded trails, multiple creeks, pond, and fields.

My Dad is a veterinarian as well which is always helpful if you have questions!

I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

We have 10 mostly wooded acres on the side of Braddock Mountain (right off Highway 70) at the end of a private road. There are also some open grassy areas around the house. 🌲 There is an unmaintained trail through the woods just beyond the driveway, indicated by a brown ‘Trail’ sign. PLEASE NOTE: The property overall is on a steep hill so it is best for those looking for a little more adventure. 🛑 We do not have any pets. You may occasionally see wildlife in the woods though so please beware and understand you are accepting all risks when you make a reservation with us. FULL DISCLOSURE: At times, we block our Sniffspot calendar to allow hunting on the property so there is always a possibility of finding animal remnants. ☝️ We approach Sniffspot as a ‘set it and forget it’ operation. Our goal is to share unused space with the community because we no longer have pets. We do not actively invest time and money into ‘perfecting’ our Spot or creating additional offerings like you may see with other Spots. 📧 You will receive a message from us a few hours before your visit with Wifi and other information. 🌎 We accept last minute bookings but please know that we travel often so you may visit at a time when we’ve been away and the grass may be longer than usual, or the garbage more full than usual. We have a lovely park for your furry pals to PAWrk their Paws, Wag with the windmill and generally run amok. We have our own doggos and they love our space. Our girlies (2 female Labrador Retrievers) have an electric fence to keep them closer to the house, and if you desire we can extend a collar ($2 each) to you to use while you are on site as we do have our flags up. But only if you feel the need and are confident your furbaby will recognize the flags as the (much smaller) boundary. Our property backs up to our neighbors who almost all have dogs. The fencing is complete where it meets our dog neighbors, but the rest of the area is currently un-fenced, or the fence is not a solid barrier. As we build and grow we will be adding amenities such as a fully fenced play space, gravel parking directly adjacent to the spot, and much more. Perhaps some PAWrkour? A fire pit? We'd love to hear what would interest you the most!

Beautiful two acre lot in the heart of Great Falls, VA. A welcoming place for you and your pups to run wild and feel the wind in their face! The property is fenced in, with the ability to close the gate when dogs are within the park. Parking available in the grass @ the front of lot. The “park” is still being developed so stay tuned for more “dog friendly fun” activities. As the weather warms up, we will provide water fun for the doggies, too!

20 acre Island for full run of natural land, in the middle of Licking Creek. Island has a few mowed areas and trails. Great spot to do some training or enjoy some off leash time with your pup. Must keep dog leashed until you ford, on foot, to the Island. Water in creek is usually 8” - 6’+ Summer flow. Off street parking. Location is right next to Camp Harding park, which has restrooms, grills, play equipment and pavilions:)

Small fenced in yard overlooking 3 in fenced acres where pups are also free to rome (leash recommended). Will be fenced in soon, but for now it’s open. Property can get quite muddy after rain, so use caution if venturing in the field or woods.

We call it Vaikunth which means Heaven. We feel that no matter what stress we are going through, our backyard always calms us down. Backyard of an Estate Home in Shenstone Farms. Open & fresh air & has a lovely view. Completely doggy fenced. Wood with wire. The yard has a slope as it is on a hill although quite a bit of it is flat. Come check us out if you like peace, tranquility & and zen atmosphere despite being right off of Route 7.

We are located near York Hospital and York College; so we are centrally located. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. Pool closes in October and reopens in April each year. Weather permitting, the large back yard is open year round.
