We live on a 6-acre property, of which about 2 acres b/w the front yard and backyard are fully fenced in. In the privacy fenced backyard, we have an in-ground pool that is dog friendly. Including steps they can easily exit the pool from. **note the price listed is for swimming pups. 1 hour= $50 for the 1st pup, $25 per extra pup. **. We welcome up to 2 adults to join in the swim at no cost. If there will be more than 2 attendees swimming, please add as an "extra" for $25. Limit of a total of 4 people unless approved in advance.** There is a doggie door between the front yard and the backyard so your dog/dogs will have lots of room to run around. We live out in East Parker, and it feels like out in the country. We have 2 dogs of our own. 1 is a black lab and 1 a mutt. Owning labs for over 20 years, is how we became passionate about opening our pool to other dogs who love to swim! We do keep our pups securely in the house or sometimes leave the house if requested. Also feel free to send messages about off hours as we may approve them if given enough notice. Note: I leave at least 30 minutes between bookings to assure there are no run ins and time to clean the pool. We have horses for neighbors and great views. All Breed Rescue & Training is a non-profit organization that helps dogs that were deemed unadoptable for whatever reason and were facing euthanasia. We are also a Training Facility where people can learn to train their pups! We teach anything from Basic Obedience and Puppy socialization classes to more Advanced classes and even some fun classes like Nose Work. We also offer behavior training to help those who have dogs that struggle with behavioral issues. The Canine Lifestyle Center (CLC) A tenth of an acre is perfect for agility or for an indoor place to run and play, away from distractions, and with a private bathroom you won't need to leave the space well here! Training Room West This space is smaller and less private but a great space for those with people loving dogs or those wanting to work on their pup's training privately who may lose focus on you when others are around! Behavior Room This space is a similar size to our Training Room West but is a private space with its own entrance and easy access to the front office if you need to use the bathroom or have a question! This space is climate-controlled and a nice space to play or practice with a small agility course or even introduce your pup to new games such as Nose Work! No One will enter the room you book unless you specifically ask for someone to come in. You will have the space completely to yourself until your booked time is over. Please let us know what space you would like to use when booking by adding your room choice to the "add a note to your host" and stating Canine Lifestyle Center, Training Room West, or Behavior Room. Welcome to our backyard oasis and make yourself at home! Our family just loves dogs. We lost our 15 year old yellow lab, Bo, in October, so we love to see other doggos enjoying their time here. You’re welcome to relax and make yourself at home while your dogs play. We offer seating on our deck under the shade of two umbrellas. We also have a playset with swings and a trampoline for your kids to enjoy. There will be poop bags, dog toys and water available as well as a waste bin for your trash. Please park on the road near the tree in in our front yard, or up the road by the mailboxes. You may enter the backyard through the gate on the right side when facing the house. This yard is right off of the street. For easy parking and easy access. It is fully fenced in even for the smallest dog won’t get out of. It has a rock area for digging as well as a large grassy area for playing and rolling around in the grass. Also seating area and a picnic table. (Please don’t use the fire pit, grill, swing-set or hot tub) Toys, lifted dog bed and bowels are provided and are located on the porch in the tin gray bin. After using items, Please return everything to the tin and put lid back on before departing. Views of the mountain range in the Air Force Academy can be seen from the yard. My neighbors do have other dogs, but the there is fences and their yards to keep their dogs from coming to the fence in my yard. Super safe, scenic and relaxing. Please see pictures for more details. Our Sniffspot is on approximately 2 acres and is completely fenced in. Access the pasture in the north gate. Drive into the pasture and then close the gate behind you. Then let those fur babies run. Next to the barn is a table & 2 chairs. Water is available under the deck, please bring your own bowl. Please use the trash can to clean up after your pups. Please book your reservation during daylight hours. Obviously this will change based on time of year. Our house color is barnyard red and the gates are past the house. You are welcome to use the entire backyard & pasture. We have a kids playground, horse shoes, & various seating. We want you to enjoy the great outdoors just like we have! 🦮🐶👏

The backyard is .25 acres & has both grass along with an area with wood chips. There are some dog friendly wildflowers for a literal sniff spot for the dogs. Kiddie pool will be unavailable starting September 2nd. When you arrive, you can enter through the side gate to the left of the house behind the tree. Please make sure your dog is up to date on their vaccines (rabies, parvo, distemper, etc) to maintain a healthy & safe environment for all the dogs (including my own two + our foster dog). There are treats and poop bags on the chair. Please dispose of poop in the trash (Home Depot bucket) under the stair area. Thanks!

It's my house and my yard goes all the way around my house with a chainlink fence surrounding it. It is not a well landscaped, manicured yard and I have two dogs who like to dig and play in it, so your dogs are welcome to dig and play and do what dogs do. My dogs will be barking from inside but will not be out while you are here. And there are dogs across the alley that will bark as well so the dogs can be dogs and bark at each other. There's a gate separating the front and right side yard from the back and left side as well if you want to keep your dog in a smaller area. My dogs leave toys in the yard and those are free game as well. Go ham!

Dirt back yard, lots of space for dogs to run around. Can access the back yard through the fence gate in front of the house. Curb side parking available.
