Rent safe and private dog fields hosted by locals in Groton, Connecticut

This is a fully fenced (5' fencing) K-9 Agility park. We will be adding a Scenting Garden and more Agility Obstacles as we go. There are a large variety of jumps, tree tug, teeter, and Pause Table on premise. We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. The hose is back on for the Spring/Summer/Fall months. Poop bags, and tennis balls are provided. Off street parking on grass, parallel to the front fence. Bottled water, snacks, chairs and table provided for humans. There is bottled water in the tub inside the potting bench, just slide table top away from itself in the middle. Balls, snacks for people, paper towel and extra poop bags in Rubbermaid bin under the table. We have enough parking for 3 vehicles along the front fence. Please keep vehicles down to 3 max.

0.5 acres in a fenced field with agility equipment. There are some other enrichment equipment like a toy basketball hoop & barrel for tricks, and some toys like frisbees & balls for fetch. Most of this field is fenced with 6'high, 2"x4" metal mesh - but there is 20' section with gate near barn that is 2" chain link. Do not use equipment unless you are familiar with how to use it safely (I can be available if you want an introduction, however I am not an instructor). Please do not move the teeter, A-frame, or tunnels/tunnel bags without my assistance. You may move jumps, wings, cones, hoop, table, chairs. PLEASE no peeing or pooping on any equipment. Pickup after your dog in any mowed area. Please ensure gates are closed and latched after you go through them & have fun!

Hello K9 Parent, I have taken part of my property with the plan that other K9 parents would be interested in enjoying the agility obstacles we have made for your pleasure to give your dog exercise or practice agility. We offer human and dog snacks in the cooler. Please help yourself.

Hello, and welcome to my private doggie and parent play yard. There is a rain water catch barrel system in place(seasonal)There is a garbage bin, rake and shovel to clean up any droppings. I have offstreet parking for your convenience. Pull into the driveway where you will see a parking sign. The gate is to the left of the garage.  you will see a sniff spot sign on the front lawn so you know you have found the spot. There’s an assortment of play toys, as well as an A-Frame agility ramp, hand sanitizer station and poop bags for your convenience. I’ve provided a table and chairs under a shelter for rest or relaxation. There’s a small trampoline and hoops (warm weather)set up. We have cold water upon request for $1 each in the extras section as well as doggie ice cream for $2.00 each, as well as many special gifts for your fur baby. A fabulous space to run and play. Mostly separated from the road with a stone wall quiet and peaceful. Hang in the hammock or use one of the beach chairs. Free to set up where you would like. Lots of open space and shade trees.

Approximately 2.5 acres for dogs to explore! Unfenced field with a mix of mowed and unmowed areas. Great place to practice recalls, tracking, or allow for almost unlimited sniffing (LOTS of critter smells here!!). A natural spring in the NE corner of the field means that end of the field may be marshy / muddy. Usually fairly quiet area, but there are roads on 2 sides and train tracks not far on another side, so recommend using harness and long line unless your dog has very reliable recall. Pickup after your dog in any mowed area.

We’re a local Homestead in Tolland Connecticut in the historic district right off the Tolland Green. We have a beautiful stream and a small pond on the property all available for your pup to swim / play in ! While we are not fenced we are located far off the street .

80 acre colonial farm with a pond, streams,multiple fields, trails. Great exercise not only for Fido but for his/her humans as well.

Come on down the long driveway to find 2 kinds of play. A basjet ful of various toys available to Guests may help you decide! Guests may opt for good clean ball playing and strolls around the short grassy knoll....Second option is to trek down into the wooded pasture to find trees,trails,wetlands,and hills. In Spring/ Summer,fresh water for cleaning up,along with fresh drinks and soft towels,kiddie pool and pup snacks!

Large open area next to a horse stable. Lots of squirrels and birds to see. We do not have a wooden fence but we do have a barrier that my two Dobermans respect as well as my neighbors Great Danes. Gentle slopes and rock gardens give pups plenty to run around. It’s a serene little oasis close to New Haven for pups that need their own space to romp and play without the “space invaders “ at local dog parks. You are welcome to bring a blanket to sit on the lawn and watch your pups run and play. I will be updating to include a “ ball box” for “Chuck-It” fetch.

This is a 21,000 square-foot lot which is about a half an acre. The spot has some trees and plenty of area for the animals to sniff and walk around. There’s plenty of parking on the street and it is just a minute walk to the water.

We own a 6 acre property situated right along 2 running brooks with walking trails throughout. You will have private access to this as we only allow one group at a time.
