The half acre fenced area consists of ample grass to run on, a concrete sidewalk / patio (handicapped accessible), mulchbeds of flowers & berries (feel free to grab a handful of berries if they’re in season!) and a giant sandbox / playground area. Tree cover throughout the yard provides shade, even in the hottest summer months. All around you is privacy—to one side, a half acre unfenced stretch of our property, and all around the property is 3.5 acres of private woods and wetlands. Deer, wild turkey, turtles, frogs, & birds of all kinds are just some of the animals you may spot! We provide tables and chairs, water, poop bags & scooper, and several toys. Kids (or kids at heart) will have a blast using the ride-on sand diggers, slides, and swings & coloring with sidewalk chalk. Fertilizer and pesticide: The grass is treated with fertilizer a couple times a year and the bushes are sprayed for ticks/mosquitos and weeds approximately monthly. As we have young kids a dog, all products used are animal & child safe when dry (within 2 hours). Out of an abundance of caution, we will ensure reservations are blocked off for the entirety of the day following any fertilizer, herbicide, or pesticide treatment.

The pool is ready for those that love to swim and you can either sit in our outdoor seating area, under an umbrella or out in the rays. There is a good mix of sun and shade in the fenced in area. The dog(s) are welcome to swim in the pool and one adult is allowed to swim too. No children under the age of 18 are allowed in the pool. Any additional adults who wish to swim will be charged an extra fee. The pool is chlorine, and I have a garden hose so you can rinse your dog(s) off before and after swimming. We will give you and your pups privacy and won’t be in the SniffSpot during your time. however, we do live here, so you may hear kids or see a person over the fence. This place is a sanctuary for me, and I hope you and yours enjoy it as well.

No dogs live on the property (she recently left this world), so there is plenty of privacy. Over the last 25 years, 6 dogs have lived here, more than 15 have fostered waiting for adoption, and over 10 have regularly boarded while their parents vacationed with peace of mind. HUGE, diverse and interesting back yard space in Cherry Hill East. The yard is ALMOST entirely fenced - there's a small area that has a gap in it, however we've never had a dog try to leave through it. Very small dogs (under 15lbs) may be able to get under gaps in the gate though, so our yard is best for people with bigger pooches. Grade changes and interesting places for your pup to explore! Plenty of relaxing seating for you to enjoy, including a rocking glider w/ cupholder! Also the walking path from the entrance gently comes all the way down to the lawn, so it's great for people with mobility challenges. Hope to host you soon!
