Our fully fenced in yard with air-conditioned dog accessible garage is a dog's dream. The cooled indoor area allows the pups to beat the heat and then room to run allows for ample space for fetch, wrestling, and general training. My gental giant Lemmy is back there most of the day. He plays real well, especially with puppies. Our offer is two-fold. If you need to run an errand the dogs can play back there in a safe and confined space. It's a space for you or it's a dog park with gaurneteed no aggressive and unruly dogs. Lem is a sweetheart with a bunch of energy and his master (me) is an accomplished german shepherd trainer. If you just need a space for your pup for a couple hours and don't want to keep them cooped up inside this is for you! If you just want the space to spend alone off-leash time with your pup that works too! Enjoy the treats, poop bags, carrots, kongs, toys, and fresh air at your convince.

0.4 acres fully fenced in and private. Have your pup chase a frisbee or ball and run up and down the hill. It’s tiring! 😅 We have a few chairs on the deck and umbrella, as well as a water bowl and hose if your pup needs water or to cool off. Hope to hear from you soon! 🐾

1 Acre Fully Fenced private dog park In Bloomington, MN. Water bowls and Dog washing station (must bring own shampoo) are attached to the house. Creek runs along the back of the property (outside the fenced area). It does have a fence to the water on both sides, but you will need to keep your dog close when past the back gate as they could get out across the creek or on the edges. Fire pit for use for longer bookings but must be put out before you leave. Parking on the street is allowed, but feel free to park in the driveway as well!

My yard will be your pup's new favorite hangout spot. Enjoy playing fetch or just spending some quality time hanging out. I live in a suburban neighborhood which is pretty quiet for the most part. There's a higher chance you may see a neighbor or hear kids playing in the evening or on the weekends when the weather is nice. I do on stay on top of picking my dog's 💩 but I may occasionally miss one so I apologize if you happen to come across one. • There is a basket full of toys on the deck for your dog to choose from. I'm always adding new toys to keep things new and exciting. • In the warmer months I have a small or large plastic pool that you can add to your visit for an additional fee of either $3(small) or $5(large). Please message me prior to adding it to your visit to make sure I'll be around to get it set up for you. • A water bowl will be on the deck when it's not too cold • The hose has been put away for the season it will be back out sometime in May possibly April with the way the weather's been. • A poop bag holder with bags will be on the table on the deck. • There is a trash can for any garbage and 💩 bags in the rocks by the gate. • Seating is available when there's no snow. There are chairs around the fire pit and also on the deck. • There is quite a bit of lighting that can be put on to light up the backyard if needed. • I will leave a towel on the table for drying off wet dogs during the winter months and during the time when things can get messy when the snow is melting. If you add a plastic pool to your visit I will leave a towel out also.

This is an ideal spot being just a half block west of 35W and only 10 minutes from 40th and Lyndale Av. S. or South Burnsville. We are doing a slow yard clean-up and adding some things so only $5 for the month....plenty of room for dogs to run right here in the city. Backyard is approximately 64 X 80 and mostly green so far.

Happy Hounds is a big, fully-fenced yard perfect for fetch and exercise. We offer toys, treats, seating for humans and plenty of space for off-leash zoomies! We are working on hanging up privacy screening on our chainlink fence, so stay tuned for that improvement!

All woods, no lawn. For dogs who like to explore and sniff among the trees. Walk the trail or watch from the elevated deck. Great place for a fenced-in romp through pesticide-free nature. Visibility is limited by seasonal foliage, and the back 30 feet of the yard is a bit of a bramble, but most of the woods has a low groundcover. Possible fauna sightings include squirrels, rabbits, turkeys, deer, songbirds, and native mosquitos. Hose and water dishes available. Off-street parking in the driveway turnaround.

Commercial property that's sectioned off and available to rent; indoors and climate controlled. Half of "The Playground" is portioned off, while business Members can still access the other half. You may hear Member dogs, and/or people conversing. Make sure to check out all of the amenities that this great property offers besides being indoors!! Toys, Treats, agility equipment are allowed to be brought in. Upon reservation, the owner will reach out to your via SniffSpot Chat with additional instructions. You'll have to provide an email address for door access. On your first visit, since this is a commercial property, the owner will meet with you to go over the rules. A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. Please do not park in the driveway. Enter the yard using the gate located to the left of the garage. Private and spacious for your dog or dogs to run around and play freely. Seating (along with table) provided for the owners. Water and toys also provided for the dogs. Peaceful, quiet, safe neighborhood. Parking is provided on the side of the house or anywhere along the cul da sac. Please don’t park on the driveway due to the fact that my family is constantly coming and going (I wouldn’t want to interrupt your time by having you move your car). No need to worry about walking far, looking for parking, or getting a ticket. Easy access to come and go.

PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING: • 🐕 ‼️ 👀 DOG NEXT DOOR: There is a dog that lives next door to the south that is sometimes outside in her own backyard. She is a friendly, large young dog. • 💧While the hose is available to use for filling up the dog bowl, use of a kiddie pool is an add-on item only. • 🪟 WINDOW SHADES can be closed if that is best for your pup(s). Just message me in the app and I can close them if we are home. • 🚫🧪 We are a strictly NO PESTICIDES and NO HERBICIDES yard. • 🏖 We have a SAND PIT ✅ for digging under the big birch tree. • ⚠️ There is a 5” GAP IN THE FENCE at the gate in the back of the yard. VERY SMALL DOGS CAN ESCAPE through here. You may temporarily place the board across the gap if necessary, but please remove it when done as this is a passage for the rabbits. • Dogs are welcome on the deck! :) • ❌🚽 Sorry, we do not allow guests to use our restroom. There is a gas station half a block north.

Our Sniffspot is less than 10 min off 35W. The space if fully fenced and almost a full acre. This fence is along the road and isn't connected to any buildings. The space is a gradual hill so you will get a workout walking around the space.

Please make sure all three spots are "on". - House spigot turned on and Y splitter heading towards the yard is open (in line with the Y) - By the gate, connect the green hose up to the black/orange hose and flip the shutoff to on (in line with the hose) - Connect the garden hose gun to the end of the hose in the hose caddy by the walkway. Our backyard is almost 1 acre of fully fenced fun! Conveniently located, easy parking. Low visibility of other dogs or people. Tons of room to run and sniff!

Our Shady 1+ acre space is fully fenced. Included, 10/23 ft. trampoline, zip line, puppy pool, ninja course,, & volleyball. Kids Welcome!

This L-shaped yard has both shade and sun with a longer area for running or chasing a ball. Water and electricity are available on the premises. Plenty of places to sit. Play area for smaller kids. There is an older dog on premises but will be inside at the time of visit.

We live on 3 1/2 Acres 8 miles east of River Falls WI 3 of that fenced in with a pool, jolly balls, and weeds to go exploring… a path is mowed around the inside fence line and a few paths thru the weeds…

Fully fenced acre backyard with a huge patio, chairs and table, a pavilion with couches, and lots of places for pups to play (and for humans to relax!). There is a big hill. All are welcome, and this is also a great spot for nervous or anxious dogs to feel safe and run free! Please note during winter (nov-end of April) the following things are not available due to snow and freezing temps: chairs, toys, water, bags and hoses ❄️ you’re welcome to bring your own chairs!

Quiet street in pleasant neighborhood just off 694 and Silver Lake Road. Fully fenced and easy access from the street. Relax near the "dog" pool while your dog explores the yard for new interesting smells. Mostly open yard with a woodsy area in back. Kiddie pool and hose available in summer, plus a tiny inground pond for cooling off. What the yard lacks in a aesthetics it makes up for in smells. Rabbits live in the brush pile beyond the tall grass. Lots of bones can be found everywhere 🦴🦴 and are free for the taking.

Welcome from the Oak Ridge Standard Poodles and their humans! We invite you to stop by and visit! The yard is fully enclosed with a 6 foot bamboo privacy fence and there is plenty of room to run and play. You'll have full access to a yard level deck, two patios, and a fire pit. Additional dog activities include: large digging area, weave poles, dog walk, and hanging rope toys. Other items available upon request- see extras! There are chairs and tables in various spots year round. When the weather allows, there is a sectional couch, dog cots, and hammocks as well. The water bowl is large and can be filled/refreshed as needed from the outdoor water spigot under the deck. During your visit, you'll find complimentary dog treats, toys, towels, wipes, poop bags and more! We also provide chilled bottled water (in a cooler) for the humans as well as sanitizer, bug spray, and sunscreen if needed. The resident dogs cannot see you from anywhere in the yard, even if your pups wander to the top of the deck stairs...but they may bark on rare occasion from inside the house. You may also hear neighborhood children at the nearby park. One of our next door neighbors has dogs that could be outside in their fenced yard and may see you upon arrival. However, once you are inside the sniff spot, those dogs will not be able to see you. Guest Wi-Fi: Network-sniffspot Password-sniffspot Parking/Security- We strongly prefer that you pull into the driveway and park on the left side close to the house/garage. Once parked, this area is not visible to our dogs from inside the home, which means they are less likely to bark hello greetings. 🐩 It also means the curious/friendly/inquisitive neighbors will not approach you. Gated access to the sniff spot is on the left side of our home just a few feet from the designated/recommended parking area. The gate is secured with a lock that is opened with a code. You may wish to unlock the gate first and then get your pup out of the vehicle. Security cameras monitor all outdoor spaces.
