Whether your dog needs space away from a busy public dog park, loves a good game of fetch, or just wants somewhere new to explore at their own pace, you’re welcome here. The yard is surrounded by mature landscaping and trees, with a mix of sunny and shaded areas throughout the day and beautiful views of the sky and sunset. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor seating, and complimentary cold bottled water is available in the outdoor refrigerator. Your reservation is private. We want you and your dog to feel comfortable enjoying the space together without having to share it with unfamiliar dogs. **The pool is open for the season!** Welcome! We have a fun property your dogs will love! We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool (unless you're actively helping or playing with them). Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. We've removed a couple of tiny houses but otherwise it is as as depicted in the video. With slight changes based on season. We have 9.5 acres of pristine mountain glory We have a large unfenced Field, Shallow Creek with some small waterfalls, a spring that feeds a tiny pond, a large cleared Homesite that's away from the road moderate to difficult trails and beautiful views. The trails are moderate until you come to the areas that we had landslides, at which point, you can turn around or enjoy the difficulty it presents. Sometimes I or other guests may be on property. Dogs must remain on-leash until inside the off-leash area, and owners must keep their dog under voice control.
