This is an open yard, but we have made a dog park like fenced in for our dogs. Raised Dog bed, toys, bowls and poop bags available. Agility equipment available upon request. Spring pole available with a soft mat at the bottom to prevent doggies from injuries. Feel free to use the rest of the yard outside of the fence. 60 acres of fields, trails, ponds, and forests. Trails are more like hiking in the woods and not suited for bikes or any other equipment. Large pond where your dogs would love to swim for hours. Sorry for safety reasons the Paddle boats are not for public use. Enjoy. Rubber boots are strongly recommended on rainy days. This is a large property, and a lot of walking involved. When the hay is high and close to being cut, the outer headlands of the fields will be cut down to make walking easier. Just outside of the city, private space to let your pup run, train and just enjoy being outside.

After too many scary calls at local dog parks with my clients babies, I decided to build my own "dog paddock" so we could all stay home and have fun and be safe. Just over 1/2 acre of grassy rolling land with a great sand pit for digging. Natural obstacles and toys in the warmer weather. Located conveniently right on Highway 12 just south of Greenbank between Uxbridge and Port Perry. Only about 12 minutes from Brooklin, 17 minutes to Whitby and 12 minutes from Sunderland I also have an INDOOR sand arena available for anyone that needs indoor training space. ALSO it shows spots not available until 11am BUT contact if you want earlier visit - I can do earlier but there may be horses visible to your dog. Welcome to our Sniffspot! We offer a pesticide free, beautiful and unfenced 5 acre area for you and your dogs. We offer free parking, access to nearby conservation trails, picnic tables, and a beautiful apple orchard to enjoy. During business hours of noon - 6 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday, we also offer clean restrooms, hard, farm fresh cider, snacks and indoor seating. 7 acres of wooded property with access to a large pond. A great space for dogs to sniff and explore! Our property has its own separate marked driveway for Sniff spot clients.
