We offer a sloped half acre in Sullivan County, Tennessee - a mix of green grass, gravel, and woods. We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac. You may park at the bottom of the cul-de-sac, or in the driveway. All dogs must be up to date on all vaccines, flea and tick medication and heart worm preventative. We have multiple cameras on our property for our protection and yours. We require a 6 hour heads up before booking- however - feel free to reach out via messages and we may be able to get you on the schedule on shorter notice. We will do our best to set atleast one bowl of water out for your pets, however, if we are not home we will not be able to do this. Please keep this in mind when planning your visit. In the winter months, we will have 2 firepits available for use for an add on cost - however please reach out via messages to confirm this is available before booking. As the time starts to change and it is getting darker earlier in the evening, we will be happy to turn on the patio lights for you if we are home. We do not have any outdoor outlets so we cannot do this while we are away. We would be happy to give you a wifi code upon booking for use during your time. Absolutely NO digging.
For $100 a month membership you can let your dog run like a bat out of hell in a huge fully fenced pasture area that even a little dog can’t squeeze out of. This is in a one of a kind dog park and animal center appropriately named “Wonderland”. When you arrive you will notice that you have entered another world. This is not only a dog park, it’s a place where you can escape in nature and also visit Cheshire cats, mini horses, a mother donkey and her baby, and the Queen of Hearts. Your $100 a month includes daily visits during a time in the a.m. or p.m. that suits you. This is an exclusive membership limited to a few chosen ones so chances are your dog or dogs will get that field or trail all to themselves to enjoy. This park is only a mile from Petworks, 5 minutes from downtown Kingsport, 10 minutes from Bristol’s Pinnacle mall. You and your dog will go down a rabbit hole to get there. Wonderland Pet Park is a beautiful and inspirational setting to relieve stress, while enjoying exercising and bonding with your dog. It is a haven for all creatures in a mad world. A place like no other. Come on Alan or Alice, we’ve been expecting you! “Don’t be late to sign up!” says the white rabbit. Tea served at no extra charge and yes….. “It’s always tea time in Wonderland! “

Fenced in feild for play and training
Hello! I'm happy to welcome you and your pups to enjoy some playtime and exercise in my spacious, fully-fenced backyard. I have a large yard for running and playing, as well as a water hose connection with attached dog bowl on the side of the house. For the humans, feel free to enjoy the firepit and seating area!
Not fenced but not immediately bordered by anything but forest on all sides. The property is 12 acres with mostly open or treed space. There is a small beach area with water calm enough for dogs to swim and fetch sticks. We have picnic tables and chairs that you can use but please pick up after yourself, your dog, and your kids. There is now a trashcan provided on the beach for your convenience.
Beautiful fields and woods for as far as the eye can see. Trails cut in the woods, trails cut through the fields. There is literally a trail I mow that winds all the way around the property. You can walk a sunny trail or a shady trail...my wife and I walk this trail with our six...yes you read that correctly SIX dogs just about every day. We are so lucky to call this home..I thought why not share it with you guys.
