The yard had the perfect set up! A sitting area for humans, and interesting areas for dogs- it was super clean and SHADED which helped on a hot July evening. The fence was secure- the one area that is not fully boarded has wire so it's secure. I let my newly adopted dog out there and felt very, very good about it. I would visit again if I were in the area!!

Best SniffSpot ever! 2 chairs are provided as well as poop bags, water and toys. Acre is well taken care of and fenced in. This area is safe and secure. We will be back! Definitely take mosquito spray if going in evening..

Our first sniffspot experience and it was amazing! Our host was super kind and accommodating. The yard is huge and fenced in with a smaller fenced in area in it with a pool. My dog is an escape artist but i had no worries when i was here!! Will be back!!

Absolutely amazing!! We brought our pups here on a cross country trip, everything was perfect! They had a kiddie pool, toys, popsicles for us!! It was awesome

My dog Rooster LOVED this sniff spot! Plenty of open space to run, roll in the grass, swim in the pond and investigate sniff spots! Clean, well maintained landscape and a picture perfect deck off the pond! A real treat for you and your dog!!

Our first visit and the boys had a great time! They really loved visiting the chickens and wading into the pond. It was a great experience and even my blind Boston terrier was able to be off leash. Thank you for a nice visit we will be back! They are all now tired and snoring!

I loveee this and my dogs went crazy over it. 100% gaited ur dog will not run off , it gets all their energy out and the pond is so good for them to swim and cool down :) will definitely be back !

Jean Ellen’s dog park is a beautiful place with lots of space and wonderful things for dogs to explore and sniff. It is very well maintained and my furry thoroughly enjoyed herself. I will definitely come back and would highly recommend!

The park is great for dogs, clean, and secure. As it was our first time here, we walked the fence to ensure the dogs could not escape (husky-proof!). There is more than plenty of space for running, and the pond is a good size for them to make short swim trips. It was also ideal to have the hose available to rinse the doggos at the end. Can't wait to have the opportunity to take them back!

What other types of private dog parks are available?
Dog water parks
Many hosts have added water features like pools and/or are nearby lakes or rivers.
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 0% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Memphis area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
You can filter Sniffspot dog parks by fencing and distractions. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our 32 fully fenced dog parks in the area.
