At the back of the property, you’ll find a lake with a small trail leading down to it, great for dogs who love water or a little adventure. Please note: We do have ducks in a separate fenced area, and they can be a bit chatty (lots of quacking). Most dogs either ignore them or are just curious, but we like to be upfront so you know what to expect. This is a mostly open, natural space (not fully fenced except for duck area) •Please supervise your dog at all times, especially near the lake •Be mindful of the ducks (they are safely enclosed, but still visible/audible)

There is a water spigot by the front door, but I can leave water bowls out if requested. There will be toys in the yard and mini bones by the deck. Trash can is around the front by the garage. If someone is home, there is a restroom available.
