This 140-acre retriever training facility is made available to you when we are not training :) It features rolling hills, and several ponds. The main walking area is 80 mowed acres surrounded by ponds. While not fenced in, the neighboring fields are farmland - no houses, dogs, or people in sight. If your dog needs some serious exercise and room to run, this is it!

Hi, welcome to Rosie's Spot. Rosie is our Yorkie who we love and cherish :) 🐾 Our home is conveniently located in the heart of Rogers off of 101. Nestled on our elongated rectangular 6 acre property, the house and shed stand proudly at the forefront, while a sprawling open field and woods stretch out towards the back. 🌲Traversing the landscape are trails that run into the woods and on either side of the field inviting exploration and adventure. Feel free to also use the side yard as well right when you pull in. (House yard front and back off limits, this area is fertilized, and chickens will be here, .5 acre) Edges of property are partially fenced with old wire fencing (NOT BARBED) I marked edges with orange ribbon. 🟠 🦌Be prepared to encounter some wildlife during your stay. Pheasants, turkey, and deer frequent the area around us. 🚗Parking is conveniently located behind the shed upon your arrival. Please pull in by the garden on the left and park by the visitor parking sign (as seen in pictures). And please, we kindly ask that you clean up after your dog and dispose of it in the trash provided. Hand sanitizer, doggie bags, treats, and toys are provided. Please return toys/tennis balls to the bin when done. Thank you and we look forward to your visit. 👋

We are blocking a bit more time so our kiddos can play outside. If you and your dog don't mind kids in the driveway or backyard (away from trails), you're more than welcome to come. Message me and I'll open the calendar for you! **Fostering a dog? Message for special discounts** This is our private residence. Our dogs love walking the trails, sprinting through the woods, and diving through the prairie grasses. We love offering other pups the chance to enjoy it too! The trails are mostly wooded, and there is a ravine with a small creek (often dry in the summer). There are areas of trails, woods, prairie, and mowed grass. There is a barbed-wire fence marking the property line around the property, however it is not fully-fenced. Your dog will need to know to stay close enough to you or respond to your calls. **No shared water dish provided currently due to Canine Flu going on in the state.
