All are welcome, and this is also a great spot for nervous or anxious dogs to feel safe and run free! The property is under 5 acres in a residential rural community. There is lots of unfenced yard as well as a mostly fenced pasture (electric fence is NOT on). Would work best for dogs that need to run or play that listen to their owner and are not likely to run off as the fencing was designed to keep livestock in the pasture, not dogs.

Our Sniffspot is less than 10 min off 35W. The space if fully fenced and almost a full acre. This fence is along the road and isn't connected to any buildings. The space is a gradual hill so you will get a workout walking around the space.

We are blocking a bit more time so our kiddos can play outside. If you and your dog don't mind kids in the driveway or backyard (away from trails), you're more than welcome to come. Message me and I'll open the calendar for you! **Fostering a dog? Message for special discounts** This is our private residence. Our dogs love walking the trails, sprinting through the woods, and diving through the prairie grasses. We love offering other pups the chance to enjoy it too! The trails are mostly wooded, and there is a ravine with a small creek (often dry in the summer). There are areas of trails, woods, prairie, and mowed grass. There is a barbed-wire fence marking the property line around the property, however it is not fully-fenced. Your dog will need to know to stay close enough to you or respond to your calls. **No shared water dish provided currently due to Canine Flu going on in the state. If you would like to access a hose to fill your own containers please let us know** 10% of all profit is donated to dog rescue organizations

Hi, welcome to Rosie's Spot. Rosie is our Yorkie who we love and cherish :) 🐾 Our home is conveniently located in the heart of Rogers off of 101. Nestled on our elongated rectangular 6 acre property, the house and shed stand proudly at the forefront, while a sprawling open field and woods stretch out towards the back. 🌲Traversing the landscape are trails that run into the woods and on either side of the field inviting exploration and adventure. Feel free to also use the side yard as well right when you pull in. (House yard front and back off limits, this area is fertilized, and chickens will be here, .5 acre) Edges of property are partially fenced with old wire fencing (NOT BARBED) I marked edges with orange ribbon. 🟠 🦌Be prepared to encounter some wildlife during your stay. Pheasants, turkey, and deer frequent the area around us. 🚗Parking is conveniently located behind the shed upon your arrival. Please pull in by the garden on the left and park by the visitor parking sign (as seen in pictures). And please, we kindly ask that you clean up after your dog and dispose of it in the trash provided. Hand sanitizer, doggie bags, treats, and toys are provided. Please park on the road or near the entrance until spring thaw or it dries up! pretty muddy on the path. The riverbed, field and fenced area are all open for play! A couple paths are a little squishy but you'll be able to see ahead. The road is wide open so it's safe to park there. Your car is visible to traffic. We have a beautiful piece of land with a mostly fenced perimeter and 1/3 acre fully fenced doggy play area. If you drive in by the picnic table you are in the center of 18 acres to play on and will be quite a distance from the road. There are mowed walking paths to the beautiful Kinnickinnic river, far away from other people and animals. You and your dog will love it here! The river is cold and easy for dogs to hop in and out, (not easy for humans right now). If you want to keep them out of the water there is about 10 acres of open field where you park, separate and above the river so you don't need to have them down by the water at all. (although most dogs gravitate to there!)

Come and enjoy our own private 3plus acres of wooded with some open space and trails. Fully fenced in and secure. So much space for your fur babies to run and explore. No need to stress with other dogs that may be reactive. Or maybe your pup doesn’t play well with others and prefers their own space. Our private dog park is for you. This space is amazing. It is not attached to our back yard and is a completely separate and private area. A great place for play dates with others, maybe even a picnic for the humans. Bring your snowshoes if you would like a bit of a workout yourself off trail in the deeper snow! PLEASE NOTE: Zero tolerance for smoking of ANYTHING while on our property. You may smoke in your own personal vehicle. But also, do NOT leave your dogs unattended. Please pick up after your dog. I am finding a crazy amount of poop left behind. Fill any holes you pup digs and return toy to bin. Also, in the winter months, please be aware that their is no lighting in the field. The designated Sniffspot parking area has ample lighting but none in the field.

This 140-acre retriever training facility is made available to you when we are not training :) It features rolling hills, and several ponds. The main walking area is 80 mowed acres surrounded by ponds. While not fenced in, the neighboring fields are farmland - no houses, dogs, or people in sight. If your dog needs some serious exercise and room to run, this is it!

Our property is a dog’s paradise! We’ve got an open backyard, wooded trails, and an orchard out back with tall grasses. We keep the trails and orchard mowed for walking, but your dog will have ample woods, puddles, and other adventures at their disposal! Come winter, we often snowmobile our trails, so they’re walkable all year round. Since we live in the woods, we occasionally have trees fall down on our 5 foot welded wire fence. Please be mindful if your dog is an exit seeker, although we walk the fence and mend any spots we see often. We’re excited for more pups to enjoy our land!

We live on 3 1/2 Acres 8 miles east of River Falls WI 3 of that fenced in with a pool, jolly balls, and weeds to go exploring… a path is mowed around the inside fence line and a few paths thru the weeds…

This is a private home on 3 acres. There is at least one acre of mowed lawn, trails and woods in the back and side yard. There is a long gravel driveway. Digging can be done anywhere on the trails or side or back yard. there is a hose available to wash dogs or allow for water play. There are 3 small kiddie pools with balls and other toys that can be used. There is plenty of free running space in the front yard. Parking in the driveway and street. Can host several dogs or dog party events.

Just want to disclaim that we are brand new to this and are trying to navigate what people want most out of a great Sniffspot ☺️ We are making improvements to our spot every day based on guest feedback and making plans for the future as well! We hope you’ll come check us out! Our land is partially wooded, with open spots to run. There is a short roundabout path but the woods you can walk through too (I take my dogs through the woods you just might want to wear tear-resistant clothes). We are working on creating more designated paths now that we’ve seen some interest! **Concerning the cleanliness percentage**: We have wildlife come through a LOT, coyotes especially, so there might randomly be bones and things to be aware of, and a fair share deer poop! We try to let the wild be wild because we love our wildlife and want a nice spot for them too. Otherwise there is lots of good sniffing and running to do. There is some burdock we are working on eliminating slowly (we do not use chemicals). No other real hazards you wouldn’t find on a normal wilderness hike. We do have some stuff by the house but not out on the actual land. **The property has a ‘fence’ so as you explore you can see where our property ends as you walk with no worry of going off our land, but it is not an appropriate fence for containing dogs that need it.**

We have a large lot, just over half acre. We do have an invisible fence. We have two dogs, a sweet English setter and a pup Irish setter. Large park across the street. Our neighbors love dogs. There is ample parking.
