There are two water faucets one on each side of the house you are welcome to use just please turn the water off when done. There is also a large bowl near the faucet if you need to borrow. There is a plastic bag hanging on the metal tree for poop bag waste and a pooper scooper next to it. Have fun and enjoy your time with your pup. Please give us a notice before coming.

Logan's Heroes Animal Rescue has a large fenced in yard that is also used as a training yard for events at the rescue known as The Beacon Training Field. This is a fully fenced in yard with approximately 4 and half foot high fencing. Nice area to privately play ball or let dogs play. All proceeds from the usage of the yard benefit Logan's Heroes Animal Rescue. Please clean up after your dog and keep this area clean for the next person. Please note that this is at our rescue where we do adoption appointments. You may see other dogs in the driveway or walking in and out of our office. If your dog is not reactive, or if you are working on reactivity, there is gate that exits out through the other side of our yard and you enter the Wissahickon Trail, you are more than welcome to walk the public trail with your leashed dog! My husband built a small rock trail to guide you into the main trail. Also, the patio and chairs are a great spot for people who are working from home. Enjoy the beauty of our 75 acre farm with your dog! Our walking path is approximately 6 ft wide and borders the exterior of our pasture-based farm. Most of the path has a 6 wire electric fence beside it for our cattle. There are two creeks with bridges that you can cross (with potential wet puddles). The entire farm is approximately a 35-40 minute walk depending on your pace, but you can always turn around for a shorter walk. Plenty of area for your dog to sniff and enjoy on a private walk! This sniffspot does require you to have your dog leashed at all times.
