2 Acre Fully Fenced Pasture In Brooklyn

Two acres of fenced grass pasture. Grass may be long at times. Fence is 4’ ag fence, if your dog is small double check that it can’t slip under the gates. There are no shelters or structures but you may bring your car through the gate and bring any additional items you would like. The only shade is in the evening from trees. To enter pull in at the dark blue house, take a left and drive through the lawn to the gate. You may park anywhere inside or outside of the fenced area, and leave the gate open when you leave.

Upon arrival, you’ll find a designated parking spot and a peaceful trail that winds around the back of the property to the park entrance. Along the way, you’ll pass our duck enclosure and pond—feel free to stop and say hi! If you'd like to feed the ducks, they love shredded lettuce or diced cucumbers (please, no bread). At the end of the trail, you’ll find a double-gated entry with a separate area for leashing and unleashing your dog safely. Inside, your pup will have the freedom to explore about a quarter-acre of fenced-in space, featuring fun enrichment structures like a dog bridge and stacked hay bales for climbing, sniffing, and playing. This space is ideal for dogs who prefer a quiet environment without the stress of other dogs nearby. While our fence is 4 feet high and the area is smaller than some, it’s a great spot for dogs who just need a safe, fun place to burn off energy and enjoy nature. We offer our 18 acres fenced in area. We specialize in reactive and fearful dogs. We understand the challenges of having a dog that is scared and how important is to have a place in which you can relax and enjoy him/her/them instead of being hypervigilant looking for triggers 24/7. And moreover, we want your dog(s) to have a place in which he/she/they can be happy and have fun instead of being constantly looking for triggers and feel stressed out. Here you will see no triggers (but a chicken or turkey here and there, which would probably add to the enrichment experience) We hope you can relax and enjoy playing with your dog and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. As extras, your dog(s) will still be able to smell different animals like deer, turkey, squirrels, snakes, frogs, and also play in our small agility area. Although we have 12 acres, the house and barn are in the middle of it, so you may see the house from many areas during your visit. Usually, we are working inside or we are away and we keep most of the curtains closed. We may use the driveway or receive a delivery. Future plans include clearing the West trails, planting more evergreens, and making an indoor play space in the barn. Our park will continue to improve -- it is a work in progress! Our requests: 1) Street parking only. Please do not park in the driveway. 2) Pick up your dog's 💩. Pooper scooper and small trash can is provided 🚮 3) No digging anywhere, even if it appears to be bare or an available hole. 4) No smoking 🚭 Be sure to walk all the way to the back fence to see our Heritage "Grandmother" Oak Tree that's over 200 years old!
