Welcome to Greek Lake Acres! We are located in Stephens City and we have 23 acres in total. About 5 acres are grassy fields with the rest being wooded as well as an acre sized pond for swimming. There is a trail in the woods, with a small stream (depending on rain) with occasional mud. Feel free to message me after booking for directions- GPS can sometimes try to take you through Lake Fredrick and you can NOT get to us from there. On the front of the property we have a 1 acre pond with a dock for swimming (use caution on the dock, not for jumping). The water edge slopes so you can come out with ease. There is NO FISHING permitted in the pond. (No lifeguard on duty, dogs swim at the responsibility/risk of their owner) Picnic tables are available for the humans, we just ask you to pick up their trash when you leave. We are pesticide and fertilizer free, so please make sure you have tick/flea preventative because ticks love the woods! We are not fenced in, so recall is very important. The neighbors do have dogs, some wander so friendliness is important. We have chickens to live in their coop, who will remain safe in their coop during your visit. The property does have deer, but they do not stay around humans or dogs. There is a hose to wash off and drink from. (On the house next to the camper) Parking is on sight and free. Please note we are often outside enjoying our property as well. If you look at the photos, we typically stay in the “red X” area. If we have guests, our dogs are secured in the house. We can’t wait to see you!

We have a Google Earth picture roughly showing the property lines and the driveway for you to use while exploring. We ask that you please stay out of the treeline to the right of the driveway as you drive up the hill It's the neighbor's property and it's marked by no trespassing signs. There is no house on the property. Just a camper and a shed. Park anywhere on the road or at the big circle at the top (near the farm office.) We have wifi near the brown shed at the top of the road. Wifi: HSH Password: HardStruggleHomestead Be forewarned that our land is on the side of a mountain so the walk up the driveway will be on a slow incline. Your dogs will be tired after this trip, we promise. As of April 1st there are no animals or livestock on site except for a colony of bees which are fenced in with an electric fence. The owner may be on site conducting maintenance on the property. If you prefer he not be on site please just send a message and we will accommodate.
Nestled in the middle of a 200acre farm this peaceful setting is dog heaven. Brand new 6 foot high mesh fencing with 6 foot high double mesh gates keep all dogs safe and secure. There is a shelter with windows that open to allow a breeze on a hot day. Chairs and other amenities make this location comfortable year round. Just a few miles from I270 and convenient to Clarksburg, Rockville, Germantown, Gaithersburg and surrounding areas.
We have a 30 acre tree farm located at the base of Sugarloaf Mt., away from roads, houses and people. Very secluded, with a 1/2 acre spring fed pond for swimming as well as groomed trails for sniffing, hiking and training. We are also a Lab Rescue foster family for young puppies and help train for their next fur-ever homes. Our place can also accommodate for upland and waterfowl training. We are as well associated with Buckeystown, Poolsville and Peachtree Veterinary hospitals.
You may enter the yard via the mid-driveway gate accessed from the driveway or the porch gate accessed from the ramp. (If you use the upper porch gate via the ramp, please lift as you open it. Also be aware that using that gate will cause resident dogs to “alert” us to your arrival. If you’ve booked pool usage, enter via the backyard pool gate. Feel free to use the balls and toys in the yard! You may invite our dogs to play! Nala is 30lbs and will be shy at first but loves to run and play with other dogs. Message me if your dog would like a playmate! There is a water spigot the porch near the gate, and there should be a bowl on the porch as well (it’s not under/near the spigot it may have been moved by the wind. It should be nearby!) Thank you so much for enjoying our yard!
