Wooded backyard in the heart of Sandy Springs. We have dogs so your pup will get to enjoy lots of doggy smells. The yard is fully fenced with a gate for easy access. Please know this is a fully wooded backyard so as it gets warmer, I’ll have bug spray on the side porch, which you are welcome to use. We are a fully (unmanicured) wooded forest, so expect the experience as if you went to the Chattahoochee nature preserve. Hope your pup enjoys the freedom and yummy smells!

Welcome to Brockett Bark! 🐾 Friends have told us our backyard feels like a small city park: a fully fenced 1.2 acre property lined with trees that provide lots of shade and privacy. It's rare to find a spot like this so close to the city! There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. And when we discovered Sniffspot, we wanted to offer the same opportunity for other doggos like him. No pup should be kept from the joys of life because of what they've been through! Our home is super easy to find/access and we have plenty of private (off-street) parking available, making it an ideal space to meet up for playdates. We’ve stocked the space with everything we loved at our favorite Sniffspots: poop bags, treats, tennis balls, toys, bug spray, sun screen, and more. If you need anything at all before your visit, just let us know! Our two pups may be home during your visit, but they’ll be secured and kept out of sight so you and your dog can enjoy the yard stress-free. If needed, we can also take them off the property entirely. Please just mention it when you book. We totally get it. We also offer a discount for foster families as a thank-you for supporting the community. As Lifeline volunteers (and proud foster fails of both our babies), we love giving back to others who open their homes to dogs in need. If you have a reactive dog or just crave some good privacy, this is the perfect spot for you. Tall, secure wooden fence is 6 feet tall on the sides and 8 feet tall across the back. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! There’s a fire table for your use. Please be sure to turn it completely off before you leave. When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. Milk bones are provided, along with a hose and kiddie pool during the warmer months. We turn the water off in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze. Tons of seating! Outdoor living room area, plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. There's even a sitting area in the yard with a fetching sticks and some toys. Hammock available as an extra for lounging on the deck. Please park along the street in front of the house, but not in front of the mailbox. Thanks!
