Very nice place for your dogs to walk and swim. Really peaceful and nice to have benches in shade of trees to sit on while I watched my retrievers play in the pond.

It was great but definitely make sure your dogs recall is up to par but that is a me problem. The host is extremely nice and welcoming.

Great space with lots of amenities and responsible host. Fences aren’t completely intact so you will want to mind your dogs as they run, but our 3 had a great time with no issues.

Host greeted me at the gate and was very friendly and professional. She explained everything in detail that we would need to know and provided fresh water for drinking or washing off. Part of the property is mowed and part is left to grow for wildlife but has trails you can walk and there’s a good sized pond. My girl got quite a few ticks on her but that’s to be expected, so just be prepared if your pup likes to roam through the tall weeds like mine does! She had a blast and we plan to make this one of our regular spots.

A lovely property where my pups could roam safely, they loved exploring all of the trails. Ash was super kind and gave us a nice orientation to the property. Great beef broth too, we will definitely return.

Gracious host and tons of room to roam. We scheduled a stop while on the road travel six hours back to our home. The dogs were very thankful for a chance to stretch their legs and burn some energy. The site offers a comprehensive array of amenities and it would be easy to spend multiple hours at a time here. Thanks for sharing your land!

A really good, spacious area for dogs to visit. It’s right off Old Richmond Rd so be careful when looking for it (we realized when we found it, the address was right on the entrance gate) Hosts were also very accommodating, offered plenty of info on the whole area and had water, toys, an area to clean off mud, etc. Would recommend if you’re looking for a spacious, elevated area.

This is a great Sniffspot location! The host, Ash, was very welcoming and gave us an overview of the property when we arrived which was helpful since it’s such a large area. Bringing our reactive dog to new places can be worrisome but Ash is very knowledgeable and understanding and we really enjoyed talking with her. Our two dogs had a lot of fun exploring the property. We followed them to the back of the property which is thick brush so good shoes, long pants and a cell phone are definitely needed. It is easy to get turned around out there. I think my older dog (10 years) had a little too much fun and will need to take it easy for a bit but we will definitely be back!

Perfect place for a pup or two or more. My GSD would stay all day. Heck, he’d live there! Good for all sized dogs. Beautiful property, lots of room to run and explore, very safe. Dog heaven.

This was an awesome spot and we loved talking with Ash! Will definitely be back. Like others said, make sure to wear boots and watch for briars and thickets while walking. I loved that Ash had so many extras available.

There is plenty of space for dogs to run and sniff here. The terrain is rolling, so your dogs will get great exercise and so will you. My Aussie had a blast! Ash has added amenities such as a water dispenser, poop bags/hand sanitizer.

Ash was extremely helpful and welcoming! She gave us a nice breakdown of the whole space and made herself available if we had any questions or concerns so we felt at ease. The property was really large with plenty of room for my pups to run and sniff. Like the description mentions, some areas are tougher to navigate with a bit of bramble so if you have an older, clumsy, or less agile dog that’s something to be aware of. Because of the nature of the area, I’d also recommend making sure you keep up with preventative treatment for ticks & checking for them when you get home! We brought a little go-bag with us with water, toys, and waste bags, but we definitely didn’t need to because Ash had those things available on site. We’ll be going back regularly!
