Just please make sure your pets do not get on the furniture. The deck has a fridge stocked with cold beverages, a smart tv to enjoy a show or music. Help yourself to our coffee bar during the winter! Please keep in mind we are in a drought so the water isn't as deep as it's been the last few years. Yard backs up to Shoal Creek (dry except after rains) with iron fence in back for lots of great views and sniffs of nature. We have lots of shade - large trees plus a covered seating area. Grass area is 75% natural grass, 20% artificial turf (keeps muddy paws at bay), and 5% unmowed tall grass for friendly creatures - rabbits, bugs, birds, butterflies, and the occasional grass snake, who all like the creek area. Swimming pool is maintained on a weekly basis. Shallow end is 4ft, deep end is 7ft. Entry steps in shallow end and two underwater seat ledges. Pool rules: NO DIVING (jumping in is fine) and no running around pool edge.

The fence is 6 feet high, so your dogs won't be able to see into neighbors' yards or the road, although they may get glimpses of my dogs through the sliding glass doors into my home. I have automatic solar-powered string lights throughout the backyard, so if you want to come by after dark, your visit will still be completely illuminated.
